Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi yang rendah, dibuktikan dengan hasil Penilaian Akhir Tahur (PAT) tahun ajaran 2019/2020 yang masih di bawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh locus of control terhadap hasil belajar dengan variabel moderator iklim kelas. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMA se Kota Sukabumi sebanyak 5 sekolah, kemudian menggunakan teknik sampel acak didapat sampel 203 siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei eksplanatori dengan teknik analaisis data regresi hirarkikal dan analisis regresi multiplier (ARM). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa; (i) locus of control pada kategori moderat, iklim kelas kondusif, dan hasil belajar yang rendah; (ii) locus of control berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar, (iii) iklim kelas memoderasi secara positif pada pengaruh locus of control terhadap hasil belajar. Dengan demikian, untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan locus of control dan menciptakan iklim kelas yang lebih kondusif. This research is motivated by student learning outcomes in low economic subjects, evidenced by the results of the Final Assessment (PAT) of the 2019/2020 school year which is still below the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM). This study aims to determine the effect of locus of control on learning outcomes with moderating variables in class climate. The population of this study were 5 grade XI IPS high school students in Sukabumi City, then using a random sample technique obtained a sample of 203 students. The research method used was an explanatory survey with hierarchical regression data analysis techniques and multiplier regression analysis (ARM). The results showed that; (i) locus of control in the moderate category, conducive classroom climate, and low learning outcomes; (ii) locus of control has a positive effect on learning outcomes, (iii) class climate moderates positively on the effect of locus of control on learning outcomes. Thus, improving student learning outcomes can be done by increasing the locu of control and creating a more conducive classroom climate. Keywords: Locus Of Control, Class Climate, Learning Outcomes
