| Summary: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebiasaan bermain game online dan bermedia sosial terhadap gaya bahasa dan dampaknya terhadap keterampilan menulis siswa kelas V SD Plus Bakti Nusantara 666 Kecamatan Cileunyi Kabupaten Bandung melalui hubungan jalur setiap variabel eksogen terhadap variabel endogen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi korelasional. Populasi penelitian pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas V SD Plus Bakti Nusantara 666 yang berjumlah 71 siswa dengan diperoleh sampel berjumlah 56 menggunakan tenik purposefull sampling. Metode penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah penyebaran angket terhadap siswa dan pengumpulan nilai keterampilan menulis siswa. Data hasil penelitian ini dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji pengajuan hipotesis dan analisis regresi. Pengisian angket yang dilakukan terhadap siswa disebarkan secara daring (online) yang kemudian dibuat tabulasi data untuk dapat dianalisis. Adapun untuk pengumpulan nilai keterampilan menulis siswa diperoleh dari guru setiap kelas V SD Plus Bakti Nusantara 666. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, bahwa kebiasaan bermain game online mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap gaya bahasa. Kebiasaan bermain game online mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keterampilan menulis siswa. Sementara itu kebiasaan bermedia sosial tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap gaya bahasa dan keterampilan menulis siswa. Lalu gaya bahasa tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap keterampilan menulis siswa. Dari hasil tersebut construct yang diajukan pada awal penelitian tidak diterima. Hal tersebut terjadi karena banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi keterampilan menulis siswa selain kebiasaan bermedia sosial dan gaya bahasa. ----- This study aims to determine the effect of the habit of playing online games and social media on language style and its impact on the writing skills of fifth grade students of SD Plus Bakti Nusantara 666, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency through the path relationship of each exogenous variable to the endogenous variable. This type of research is a quantitative study with a correlational study approach. The research population in this study were all students of class V SD Plus Bakti Nusantara 666, totaling 71 students, with a total sample of 56 using purposive sampling technique. This research method is path analysis. The data collection technique used in this study was distributing questionnaires to students and collecting the scores of students' writing skills. The research data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques, classical assumption tests, hypothesis submission tests and regression analysis. The filling out of the questionnaire that was carried out to students was distributed online, which then tabulated the data to be analyzed. As for the collection of students' writing skills scores were obtained from the teachers of each grade V SD Plus Bakti Nusantara 666. Based on the results of this study, the habit of playing online games has a positive and significant effect on language style. The habit of playing online games has a negative and significant effect on students' writing skills. Meanwhile, social media habits do not have a significant effect on students' language styles and writing skills. Then the language style does not have a significant effect on students' writing skills. From these results, the construct proposed at the beginning of the study was not accepted. This happens because many factors affect students' writing skills apart from social media habits and language styles. |
