Summary: | Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kondisi ideal dan faktor penghambat bagi pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik guru SD melalui lesson study. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan tehnik delphi, yang dilakukan pada tingkat kecamatan Parakan Salak, dimana partisipan dalam penelitian dipilih melalui tehnik sampaling variasi maksimal. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kondisi ideal bagi pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik guru SD melalui lesson study baik yang mencapai consensus akhir maupun yang tidak mencapai consensus akhir dikelompokan menjadi kondisi ideal sebelum, pada saat dan setelah pengembangan. Sedangkan, faktor penghambat bagi pengembangan kompetensi pedagaogik guru SD melalui lesson study baik yang mencapai consensus akhir maupun yang tidak mencapai consensus akhir dikelompokkan menjadi faktor penghambat yang bersifat internal dan eksternal. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to describe the ideal conditions and inhibiting factors for the development of the pedagogical competence of elementary school teachers through lesson study. This study used a qualitative research method using the Delphi technique, which was carried out at the Parakan Salak sub-district level, where the participants in the study were selected through the maximum variation sampling technique. The results showed that the ideal conditions for the development of the pedagogic competence of elementary school teachers through lesson study, both those that reached the final consensus and those that did not reach the final consensus were grouped into ideal conditions before, during and after development. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors for the development of the pedagaogic competence of elementary school teachers through lesson study, both those that reached the final consensus and those that did not reach the final consensus were grouped into internal and external inhibiting factors.
