Pada era globalisasi saat ini tradisi berpantun kurang diminati oleh siswa. Hal ini juga disebabkan karena siswa tidak ada motivasi untuk menulis pantun dan anggapan yang sering muncul dalam diri peserta didik adalah kegiatan menulis merupakan sesuatu yang sulit dan membosankan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah "Bagaimana kemampuan menulis pantun pada siwa kelas V Sekolah Dasar?". Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis pantun. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas V SDN Neglasari 01. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 38 siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analisis isi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk pengambilan data yakni dengan tes tulis yang menugaskan siswa untuk membuat sebuah pantun. Tes ini dilakukan oleh peneliti berupa perintah secara daring melalui media grup whatsapp. Pantun dianalisis berdasarkan tiga aspek yakni bentuk, bahasa dan isi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa (1) kemampuan dari aspek bentuk pantun termasuk kategori baik sekali dengan persentase 91,22%, (2) kemampuan dari aspek bahasa pantun termasuk kategori cukup dengan persentase 66,28%, (3) kemampuan dari aspek isi pantun termasuk kategori baik sekali dengan persentase 100%. Dengan demikian,dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan menulis pantun siswa kelas V SDN Neglasari 01 dengan persentase 80,43% berkategori baik. ----- In the current era of globalization, the pantun tradition is less attractive to students. This is also because students have no motivation to write rhymes and the assumption that often arises in students is that writing is something that is difficult and boring. Problem statement of this research is, "How is the ability to write pantun in grade V elementary school?". Therefore, this research is to describe the students ability in writing pantun. This research done in V class SDN Neglasari 01. The subject of this research amounted as 38 students. The method that used is content analysis. The research instrument used for data collection was a written test that assigned students to make a pantun. This test is carried out by the researcher in the form of an online command via the Whatsapp group. Pantun is analyzed based on three aspects, namely from, language and content. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the ability of the pantun form aspect is categorized as very good with a percentage 91,22%, (2) the ability of the aspect of the pantun langage is include in the enough category with a percentage 66,28%, (3) the ability of the aspect of the pantun content is the very good category with a percentage 100%. Thus it can be concluded that the ability to write pantun for V grade student ofSDN Neglasari 01 with a percentage 80,43% is categorized as good.
