Summary

Individu memiliki kecenderungan yang berbeda dalam memaknai kerja. Memaknai kerja sebagai calling diperlukan oleh calon guru bimbingan dan konseling agar bekerja tidak hanya menekankan pada peluang untuk mendapatkan imbalan dan kemajuan serta prestasi semata, melainkan pada pekerjaan yang dapat bermanfaat secara sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gambaran umum calling calon guru bimbingan dan konseling FIP UPI berdasarkan beberapa karakteristik. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode deskriptif serta sampel jenuh yaitu mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling FIP UPI, berjumlah 342 orang melalui instrumen Calling and Vocation Questionnaire (CVQ), Multidimensional Calling Measure (MCM), dan Chinese Calling Scale (CCS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, calling calon guru bimbingan dan konseling FIP UPI berada pada kategori presence calling. Kata kunci: calling, CVQ, MCM, dan CCS ABSTRACT Regita Yusma (2020). Individuals have different tendencies to interpret a work. Interpreting work as calling is important for guidance and counseling teacher prospective that work doesn't only emphasize opportunities for reward, progress, achievements, but also can be socially beneficial. The purpose of this research is to describe Guidance and Counseling FIP UPI students calling profile based on several characteristics. This research is based on quantitative approach with descriptive methods, and he population of the research is Guidance and Counseling FIP UPI students with 342 sample of students through the Calling and Vocation Questionnaire (CVQ), Multidimensional Calling Measure (MCM) and Chinese Calling Scale (CCS) instrument. The result showed the calling of Guidance and Counseling teacher prospective FIP UPI is in presence calling category. Keywords: calling, CVQ, MCM, and CCS
