Archival management is one part of office management that focuses on managing documents in such a way that the documents are managed. The research was conducted to determine archival management, the effectiveness of archives management and to analyze the effect of archives management on the effectiveness of records management in terms of archival management at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) General Document Secretary Unit (USDG) Bandung City. The research method used is quantitative methods. The data collection technique was done by distributing questionnaires. Primary data sources were obtained from questionnaires as many as 30 respondents. The results showed that archival management at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Unit Secretary General Dokume (USDG) Bandung City has a value "Good Enough" and the effectiveness of dynamic archive management at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Unit Secretary Dokume General (USDG) Bandung City has a value "Very Not Good", and the results of the research shows that archival management at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Unit Secretary General Dokume (USDG) Bandung City has a "strong" influence on the effectiveness of dynamic archive management. With the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination is 0.462 or 46.20% and the remaining 0.538 or 53.80%. Based on the results of these studies, it can be concluded that archival management contributes to the effectiveness of dynamic records management which is positive and significant in archive management at PT.
