ABSTRAK Tugas akhir ini membahas pembuatan komponen sliding table untuk meja alat bantu pengasah cutting tool. Tujuan tugas akhir ini menghasilkan komponen sliding table untuk melengkapi meja alat bantu asah cutting tool pada gerinda pedestal serta mengetahui proses, waktu dan biaya yang diperlukan. Material yang digunakan untuk pembuatan adalah Stainless Steel & ST 37 dengan proses pemesinan yang dilakukan meliputi pengerjaan pengefraisan, pembubutan, pengeboran dan kerja bangku. Secara teoritis total waktu dan biaya produksi pembuatan komponen sliding table yang dibutuhkan adalah 1,71 jam dan Rp. 200.774,42 Secara real total waktu dan biaya pembuatan komponen sliding table adalah 2,12 jam dan Rp. 240.889,02. Kata kunci: Sliding Table, Pengasah, Cutting tool, Waktu dan Biaya. ABSTRACT This final project discusses the making of a sliding table component for the cutting tool table. The purpose of this final project is to produce a sliding table component to complement the cutting tool table for pedestal grinding tools and to know the process, time and cost required. The material used for the manufacture is Stainless Steel & ST 37 with a machining process that includes milling, turning, drilling and bench work. Theoretically, the total production time and cost of making a sliding table component required is 1,71 hours and Rp. 200.774,42. In real terms, the total time and cost of making a sliding table component is 2,12 hours and Rp. 240.889,02. Keywords: Sliding Table, Sharpener, Cutting tool, Time and Cost.
