ABSTRAK PKBM merupakan satuan pendidikan nonformal yang menyelenggarakan berbagai macam kegiatan belajar sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Bukti peran PKBM Badak Putih Cianjur dalam menyelenggarakan berbagai program pendidikan, salah satunya pendidikan kesetaraan yang terdiri dari kesetaraan paket A setara dengan SD/MI, paket B setara dengan SMP/MTs, dan paket C setara dengan SMA/MA. PKBM Badak Putih Cianjur merupakan PKBM yang sudah memiliki akreditasi dan memiliki warga belajar yang cukup banyak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang pengaruh tutor PKBM Badak Putih Cianjur terhadap hasil belajar warga belajar dilihat dari: 1) kompetensi tutor; 2) motivasi tutor; 3) hasil belajar warga belajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 102 warga belajar dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 81 warga belajar yang mengikuti program kesetaraan paket C. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan menggunakan angket atau kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini mengemukakan: 1) kompetensi tutor memiliki tingkat capaian responden sebesar 68,24%. Hal ini memberikan arti bahwa kompetensi tutor tergolong baik, artinya tutor dipandang memiliki kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi professional, komppetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi sosial. Kompetensi tutor memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 22,21%; 2) motivasi tutor memiliki tingkat capaian responden sebesar 68,70%. Hasil tersebut menjelaskan bahwa motivasi tutor tergolong baik, artinya tutor dipandang memiliki motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik. Motivasi tutor memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 29,22%; 3) kompetensi dan motivasi tutor memiliki pengaruh sebesar 51,41% terhadap hasil belajar. Hasil tersebut menjelaskan bahwa kompetensi dan motivasi tutor berpengaruh positif positif terhadap hasil belajar dan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar warga belajar. Evidence of the role of PKBM Badak Putih Cianjur in organizing various educational programs, one of which is the equivalence education which consists of package A equivalent to SD / MI, package B equivalent to SMP / MTs, and package C equivalent to SMA / MA.. PKBM Badak Putih Cianjur is a PKBM that already has accreditation and has quite a lot of learning citizens. This research was conducted to describe and analyze the effect of the Cianjur Badak Putih PKBM tutor on the learning outcomes of the learning citizens as seen from: 1) tutor competence; 2) tutor motivation; 3) learning outcomes of learning citizens. The population in this study were 102 learning citizens and the research sample was 81 learning citizens who attended the package C equivalency program. The data collection technique is using a questionnaire and documentation study. The results of this study suggest: 1) tutor competence has a respondent's achievement level of 68.24%. This means that the tutor's competence is classified as good, meaning that the tutor is considered to have pedagogical competence, professional competence, personality competence and social competence. Tutor competence has a positive effect on learning outcomes by 22.21%; 2) tutor motivation has a respondent's achievement level of 68.70%. These results indicate that the tutor's motivation is classified as good, meaning that the tutor is considered to have intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Tutor motivation has a positive effect on learning outcomes by 29.22%; 3) tutor competence and motivation has an effect of 51.41% on learning outcomes. These results explain that the competence and motivation of tutors have a positive effect on learning outcomes and have a significant effect on student learning outcomes.
