Kemampuan kerjasama dan empati sangat penting untuk para siswa karena akan mengurangi permasalahan di sekolah khususnya bagi siswa Laki-laki dan Perempuan. Rumusan masalah apakah terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara outdoor education hiking dan outdoor games terhadap Kerjasama dan empati. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah true experiment 2x2 factorial design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini siswa SMK MVP ARS Internasional Bandung, sebanyak 30 siswa yang terbagi ke dalam dua kelompok aktivitas outdoor education dan dua kelompok Gender. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu dengan angket. Hasilnya menunjukan secara keseluruhan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kerjasama dan empati pada kelompok gender melalui aktivitas outdoor education. Terdapat interaksi antara outdoor education dan gender terhadap peningkatan kerjasama dan empati. The ability of cooperation and empathy is very important for students because it will reduce problems at school, especially for male and female students. The formulation of the problem whether there is a difference in the effect of outdoor education on hiking and outdoor games on cooperation and empathy. The method used in this research is a true experiment 2x2 factorial design. The population in the study of students of SMK MVP ARS Internasional Bandung, as many as 30 students, were divided into two groups of outdoor educational activities and two groups of gender. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The results show overall that there is increased cooperation and empathy in gender groups through outdoor educational activities. The interaction between outdoor education and gender to increase cooperation and empathy.
