Integrated Healthcare Center (Posyandu as known in Indonesia) for the elderly is a service that focuses on health service as well as other services following the needs of the elderly. At Anggrek Posyandu, some elderlies are found to be inactive in joining any events held by the posyandu. Therefore, field identification is run by cadres. Based on the results of the identification, it is determined that several new programs will be conducted namely a health check service, socialization, and counseling on a healthy lifestyle, gymnastics for the elderly, healthy walking, healthy menu, recital of Al 'Qur'an, and visitation to elderlies' houses. After these new programs are implemented, the level of visits by the elderly is increasing. Many benefits are gained after the elderlies join the programs. One of them is the increase in health and several symptoms encountered by elderlies are well-treated. On the other hand, elderlies can finally apply a healthy lifestyle in their everyday life. Further steps to be taken by the cadres are to keep monitoring the frequency of visits made by the elderlies by filling out the visit history book according to the correct format, to keep maintaining the achievements by nurturing the partnership between the managers and the cadres as well as the elderlies and surrounding community, and to keep regularly visiting elderlies' houses to track their development.
