Summary:ABSTRAK Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi di Indonesia dan Dunia. Pandemi Covid-19 mengakibatkan perubahan kehidupan di berbagai aspek yang menimbulkan beberapa masalah bagi masyarakat, tak terkecuali bagi mahasiswa di Departemen Psikologi Pendidikan dan Bimbingan. Permasalahan yang muncul antara lain permasalahan ekonomi, permasalahan pribadi, dan permasalahan akademik. Perlu dilakukan suatu langkah untuk melihat tingkat ketahanan diri mahasiswa dimasa pandemi, khususnya bagi mahasiswa yang merasa terdampak oleh pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat resiliensi diri mahasiswa Departemen Psikologi Pendidikan dan Bimbingan yang terdampak pandemi Covid-19 dan menghasilkan rancangan program hipotetik Bimbingan dan Konseling di Departemen Psikologi Pendidikan dan Bimbingan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekaan kuantitatif studi deskriptif dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 53 mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen resiliensi diri Resilient Quettionare Karen Reivich dan Andrew Shatte. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar mahasiswa berada pada tingkat resiliensi diri kategori sedang dan tinggi dengan perbandingan yang sama, dan terdapat satu orang mahasiswa yang berada pada tingkat resiliensi diri kategori rendah. Rancangan program hipotetik Bimbingan dan Konseling dirancang untuk membantu mempertahankan dan meningkatkan resiliensi diri mahasiswa ditengah pandemi Covid-19. Kata kunci: Resiliensi diri, Pandemi Covid-19, Bimbingan dan Konseling ABSTRACT The research was motivated by the Covid-19 pandemic phenomenon that occurred in Indonesia and in the world. The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in life changes in various aspects that have caused several problems for the community, including students in the Department of Educational Psychology and Guidance. The problems that arise include economic problems, personal problems, and academic problems. It is necessary to take a step to see the level of student resilience during the pandemic, especially for students who feel affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The research aims to describe the level of self-resilience of the Department of Educational Psychology and Guidance students affected by the Covid-19 pandemic and produce a hypothetical Guidance and Counseling program design in the Department of Educational Psychology and Guidance. The study used a quantitative approach to descriptive studies with a total sample size of 53 students. Data collection used the self-resilience instrument Resilient Quettionare Karen Reivich and Andrew Shatte. The results showed that most of the students were in the middle and high level of self-resilience with the same ratio, and there was one student who was at the low category of self-resilience. The design of thGuidance and Counseling hypothetical program is designed to help maintain and increase student self-resilience amid the Covid-19 Pandemic.
