ABSTRAK Seiring dengan kemajuan zaman banyak ditemukan alat canggih yang dapat membantu manusia untuk dapat melakukan aktifitas nya. Mikrokontroler dan infra merah ( infra red ) merupakan diantara nya. Dari penemuan-penemuan inilah, muncul peluang yang diperoleh penulis untuk membuat alat simulasi pengendalian motor listrik 3 fasa agar dapat mempermudah penggunaan nya secara otomatis. Remote infra merah ( Infra red ) disini berperan sebagai saklar pengendali nya, dan mikrokontroler arduino sebagai pusat kontrol dari simulasi tersebut. Selanjutnya alat simulasi ini dapat digunakan untuk menjalankan prinsip Forward-Reverse pada motor listrik induksi 3 fasa. Untuk pembuatan alat simulasi ini di perlukan pula komponen-komponen penunjang lain seperti kontaktor AC, optocopler central lock, relay 12 volt DC beserta komponen lain. Pada saat remote infra merah (infra red) di tekan maka akan memberikan sinyal pada mikrokontroler arduino yang kemudian, akan mengaktifkan rangkaian optocopler central lock dan relay sehingga dapat menjalankan rangkaian forward-reverse, sehingga kontaktor pada rangkaian tersebut dapat mengontak motor dan menjalankan motor dengan kondisi starting forward reverse. Kata Kunci : Optocopler, Mikrokontroler, Relay, Forward, Reverse ABSTRAK Along with the progress of time is found sophisticated tools that can help people to be able to perform its activities . Microcontroller and infra red ( infra red ) is among them . From these findings , the authors obtained an opportunity emerged to make simulation tools 3 phase electric motor control in order to facilitate its use automatically. Remote infrared ( Infra red ) play a role here as his control switch , and the Arduino microcontroller as the control center of the simulation . Furthermore this simulation tool can be used to carry out the principle of Forward - Reverse the 3 -phase induction electric motor . To manufacture these simulation tools also need other supporting components such as AC contactors , optocopler central lock , relay 12 volt DC along with other components . At the time of the infrared remote ( infra red ) in the press it will give a signal to the Arduino microcontroller then , will enable optocopler central lock circuit and relay so that it can run a set of forward - reverse , so that the contactor in the circuit may contact the motor and run the motor with the condition forward starting reverse .
