ABSTRAK Manusia dalam kegiatan sehari-hari akrab dengan aktivitas kerja. Beberapa orang bekerja untuk menghabiskan waktu, untuk mendapatkan uang dan juga untuk mencari identitas diri. berdasarkan peraturan perusahaan, bahwa usia maksimal bagi pekerja aktif berusia 55 tahun. Pada usia tersebut, pekerja harus berhenti dari kerja atau pensiun. Pensiun biasanya menyebabkan rasa tak tenang atau tidak berguna bahkan, banyak orang takut menghadapi pensiun. Desain penelitian di gunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif karena berdasarkan dari tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui Gambaran Tingkat Kecemasan Perawat di RSUD Sumedang Berdasarkan Umur dan Pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data. Kuesioner yang di gunakan adalah Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (ZAS). Tujuan kuesioner ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran kecemasanpara perawat dalam menghadapi pensiun. Populasi penelitian 218 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposiv sampling. Hasil penelitian pada perawat usia 45-55 tahun didapat Sebagian besar mengalami cemas ringan yaitu sebanyak 24 responden (68,6%). Berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan, D3 diperoleh hasil sebagian besar mengalami kecemasan ringan sampai sedang yaitu 21 responden (67,7%), S1 diperoleh hasil kecemasan normal 1 responden (25,0%), kecemasan ringan sampai sedang 3 responden (75,0%). Saran untuk Rumah sakit rumah sakit diharapkan dapat membuat suatu perencanaan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan merencanakan program bagi perawat yang akan pensiun agar kecemasan pada karyawan rs khususnya perawat tidak meningkat. Retirement usually causes a feeling of calm or even useless, many people are afraid to face retirement.It was a negative point of view that causes individuals tend to reject the pension and it causes anxiety. Design research is that researchers use quantitative descriptive research as the basis of the research is to determine the objective description an Anxiety of Nurses at the Hospital Sumedang by Age and Education. This study used a questionnaire to collect data. This study used a questionnaire Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (ZAS). Purpose of the questionnaire is to determine how the image of the nurse's anxiety in the face of retirement. The population was 218 respondents. Sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling. The results in nurses aged 45-55 years obtained results most of respondents have mild anxiety there are 24 respondents (68.6%). Based on level of education, normal anxiety results obtained D3 there was mild - moderate anxiety 21 respondents (67.7%).
