Summary:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui layanan kesehatan dan gizi melalui penerapan PAUD Holistik Integratif di TK Negeri Pembina Sadang Serang Kota Bandung. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini yaitu seorang kepala sekolah, seorang guru dan satu orang tua anak. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Pertama, perencanaan layanan kesehatan dan gizi di TK Negeri Pembina Sadang Serang Kota Bandung dilaksanakan pada awal semester dengan melakukan koordinasi antara pihak sekolah, komite dan Puskesmas serta orang tua siswa. Kedua, pelaksanaan layanan kesehatan dan gizi dilaksanakan melalui pemeriksaan kesehatan rutin seperti penimbangan berat badan, pengukuran tinggi badan dan lingkar kepala, deteksi dini tumbuh kembang/stimulasi deteksi intervensi dini tumbuh kembang, pemberian vitamin A dan imunisasi serta pemeriksaan kesehatan mata, telinga dan mulut. Pendidikan gizi dalam tema pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan pengenalan langsung yang meliputi pembiasaan makan makanan sehat, pengenalan makan gizi seimbang dan pembiasaan mencuci tangan. Ketiga, evaluasi dilaksanakan dengan evaluasi hasil yaitu tanya jawab antara pihak sekolah dan komite serta orang tua siswa apabila ada hambatan yang dialami dalam pelaksanaan layanan yang telah diberikan. Hasil dari evaluasi yang diperoleh yaitu asupan gizi anak tercukupi sehingga anak jarang sakit dibuktikan melalui presensi anak di kelas. Jika masih ada kekurangan maka sekolah akan berusaha melakukan perbaikan. Kata kunci : Layanan Kesehatan dan Gizi, PAUD Holistik Integratif, anak usia dini This study aims to determine health and nutrition services through the application of Integrative Holistic PAUD in TK Negeri Pembina Sadang Serang, Bandung City. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation studies. Participants in this study were a school principal, a teacher and a parents of children. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis. The results showed: First, planning for health and nutrition services at TK Negeri Pembina Sadang Serang, Bandung City was carried out at the beginning of the semester by coordinating between the school, committee and puskesmas as well as student's parents. Second, the implementation of health and nutrition services is carried out through routine checks such as weighing, measuring body height and head circumference, early detection of growth and development/stimulation early detection intervention for growth and development, giving vitamin A and immunization as well as eye, ear and mouth health checks. Nutrition education in learning themes is carried out through direct introduction which includes the habituation of eating healthy foods, introduction to eating balanced nutrition and habituation of washing hands. Third, the evaluation is carried out by evaluating the results, namely questions and answers between the school and the committeeas well as the parents of students if there are obstacles experienced in the implementation of the services provided. The results of the evaluation obtained were that the child's nutritional intake was fulfilled so that the child was rarely sick as evidenced by the child's attendance in class.
