ABSTRAK Kearifan Lokal mengenai pelestarian lingkungan hidup harus diperhatikan kembali oleh semua pihak sebagai solusi mengatasi kerusakan lingkungan hidup. Kampung Kuta adalah wilayah yang masih menjaga kearifan lokalnya dalam melestarikan lingkungan hidup dan dapat menjadi pengetahuan untuk diajarkan kepada peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mentransformasi kearifan lokal Kampung Kuta dalam pelestarian lingkungan hidup sebagai sumber dan bahan ajar geografi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan Mix Method sequential eksploratory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, angket, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menemukan adanya kearifan lokal Kampung Kuta dalam pelestarian lingkugan hidup berupa tangible dan intangible pada pelestarian Leuweung Gede (Hutan Lindung), pelestarian sumber mata air dan pohon Enau, serta tata tertib adat membangun rumah. Kearifan lokal dapat dijadikan Buku Nonteks, Video Pembelajaran, dan Galeri Foto Tematik. Hasil validasi Buku Nonteks dari Ahli Materi memperoleh nilai 85,57%, dari Ahli Kegrafikan memperoleh nilai 86% dengan kategori layak. Hasil validasi Video Pembelajaran dari Ahli Materi memperoleh nilai 85,71%, dari Ahli Media Pembelajaran memperoleh nilai 95,71% dengan predikat layak. Hasil validasi Galeri Foto Tematik dari Ahli Materi memperoleh nilai 85,22%, dari ahli Media Pembelajaran 83,75% dengan predikat layak. Penilaian dari guru serta peserta didik untuk Buku Nonteks, Video Pembelajaran, serta Galeri Foto Tematik dinilai sangat baik. Penelitian dilakasanakan saat pandemi Covid-19 sehingga pengambilan data dilakukan secara online dan respon dari guru serta peserta didik kurang optimal. Perlu adanya kajian lanjutan yang lebih mendalam dan lebih luas untuk mengukur tingkat efektivitasnya. ABSTRACT Local wisdom regarding environmental conservation must be considered again by all parties as a solution to overcoming environmental damage. Kampung Kuta is an area that still maintains its local wisdom in preserving the environment and can become knowledge to be taught to students. This study aims to transform the local wisdom of Kampung Kuta into environmental preservation as a source and teaching material for geography. The research method used is the Exploratory Sequential Mix Method. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results of the study found that the local wisdom of Kampung Kuta in preserving the environment in the form of tangibles and intangibles in the preservation of Leuweung Gede (Protected Forest), preservation of springs and Enau trees, and customary rules of building houses. Local wisdom can be made into Non-Text Books, Learning Videos, and Thematic Photo Galleries. The results of the validation of the Nontext Book from the Material Expert get a score of 85.57%, from the Graphic Expert get a score of 86% with the proper category. The results of the validation of the Learning Videos from the Material Experts got a score of 85.71%, from the Learning Media Experts it got a score of 95.71% with a decent predicate. The results of the validation of the Thematic Photo Gallery from the Material Expert obtained a score of 85.22%, from the Learning Media expert 83.75% with a decent predicate. Assessments from teachers and students for Non-Text Books, Learning Videos, and Thematic Photo Galleries were considered very good. The research was carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic so that data collection was carried out online and the response from teachers and students was less than optimal. There needs to be further studies that are more in-depth and broader to measure the level of its effectiveness.
