Yaitu ingin mengetahui adakah kontribusi dari model pembelajaran peer teaching terhadap nilai nilai Kepemimpinan pada pembelajaran bola basket pada siswa kelas X di SMP 1 Maja. Alasan peneliti menggunakan teknik purposive sampling karena mengambil sampel berdasarkan pengamatan dilapangan terhadap 15 siswa SMA Neger 1 Maja yang mengikuti esktrakulikuler Bola Basket. Langkah awal dalam penelitian ini yaitu, pemberian pretest terhadap kelompok yang dipilih secara random untuk mengetahui kemampuan awal yang dimiliki peserta didik tersebut. Selanjutnya setelah pemberian pretest diberikan treatment (X) terhadap kelompok tersebut. Kemudian program treatment selesai diberikan, maka langkah selanjutnya adalah melakukan test akhir/posttest untuk mengukur hasil belajar peserta didik yang telah diberikan treatment. peneliti melakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan salah satu software SPSS (Statistikal Product and Service Solution) versi 25.0 IBM for window untuk menghitung Kontribusi model pembelajaran peer teaching terhadap nilai nilai kepemimpinan. Statistik deskriptif kontribusi model pembelajaran peer teaching terhadap nilai nilai kepemimpinan dari hasil tabel diatas menunjukkan rata-rata nilai pretest adalah 144,7dan posttest 169,9. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa mean (rata-rata) nya meningkat. Hasil uji normalitas nilai nilai kepemimpinan menunjukan bahwa data tersebut berdistribusi normal sehingga bisa dilakukan penelitian. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi pada saat prettest 0,200>0,05 dan posttest 0,200>0,05 yang memiliki arti bahwa data tersebut berdistribusi normal. That is to know whether there is a contribution from the peer teaching learning model to the value of leadership values in basketball learning for class X students at SMA 1 MAJA. The reason the researchers used the purposive sampling technique because taking samples was based on field observations of 15 students of SMA NEGERI 1 MAJA who participated in the basketball extracurricular activity. The first step in this study was giving a pretest to the randomly selected group to determine the students' initial abilities. Furthermore, after giving the pretest, treatment (X) was given to the group. Then the treatment program is completed, then the next step is to carry out the final test / posttest to measure the learning outcomes of students who have been given treatment. The researcher analyzed the data using one of the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) software version 25.0 IBM for window to calculate the contribution of the peer teaching learning model to the value of leadership values. The descriptive statistics of the contribution of the peer teaching learning model to the value of leadership values from the table above show that the average pretest score is 144.7 and posttest is 169.9. This shows that the mean (average) increases. The results of the normality test for the value of leadership values indicate that the data is normally distributed so that research can be carried out. This is evidenced by the significance value at the prettest 0.200> 0.05 and the posttest 0.200> 0.05, which means that the data is normally distributed.
