Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan kerja diantaranya Praktik Industri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh Praktik Industri, Praktek Mengajar serta keduanya terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Guru Mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia dalam menghadapi era revolusi industri 4.0. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel dari mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknolgi Agroindustri angkatan 2016 dan 2017 yang telah melaksanakan Praktik Industri dan Praktek Mengajar. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan salah satu metode angket. Instrumen penelitian divalidasi dengan metode validasi reliabilitas dan homogenitas dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS Statistic 23 dan dianalisis menggunakan skala Likert. Analisis data menerapkan 2 tahap yaitu analisis uji prasyarat, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa memiliki persepsi bahwa aspek pemantapan hasil belajar perlu dalam praktik industri dan perlu dipertahankan sedangkan aspek yang perlu di evaluasi adalah pengenalan lingkungan, penghayatan lingkungan, pembentukan sikap, dan keterampilan serta kemampuan yang sesuai dengan bidangnya. Mahasiswa memiliki persepsi bahwa seluruh aspek indikator Pratek Mengajar perlu dipertahankan, sementara yang perlu di evaluasi yaitu kemampuan dalam penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran. Mahasiswa memiliki persepsi bahwa aspek sikap kritis, pengendalian emosional pada kesiapan kerja perlu dipertahankan, sementara yang perlu di evaluasi adalah pertimbangan logis dan objektif, kemampuan beradaptasi dengan lingkungan, literasi pengolahan data dan pengoperasian teknologi, pedagogik, kepribadian, profesional, dan sosial. Praktik Industri tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Guru di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0, Praktik Mengajar berpengaruh terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Guru di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0, Praktik Industri dan Praktik Mengajar di SMK secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Guru di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Higher Education is one of the institutions that produces students to prepare for work readiness in the current era of the industrial revolution 4.0. There are several factors that affect job readiness, including Industrial Practices. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence Industrial Practice, Teaching Practice and both of them have on the Work Readiness of Teachers of Agro-Industrial Technology Education Students of the University of Pendidikan Indonesia in the face of the industrial revolution era 4.0. This research is a quantitative research. This study took samples from students of Agroindustrial Technology Education class 2016 and 2017 who had implemented Industrial Practices and Teaching Practices. The data collection technique used a questionnaire method. The research instrument was validated with the reliability and homogeneity validation method with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistic 23 program and analyzed using a Likert scale. Data analysis applied 2 stages, namely prerequisite test analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that students have the perception that the aspects of strengthening learning outcomes need to be in industrial practice and need to be maintained, while the aspects that need to be evaluated are the introduction of the environment, appreciation of the environment, the formation of attitudes, and skills and abilities that are in accordance with their fields. Students have the perception that all aspects of the Teaching Pratek indicator need to be maintained, while what needs to be evaluated is the ability to prepare learning tools. Students have the perception that aspects of critical attitudes, emotional control in work readiness need to be maintained, while what needs to be evaluated are logical and objective considerations, adaptability to the environment, data processing literacy and technology operation, pedagogy, personality, professionalism, and social. Industrial Practices have no effect on Teacher Work Readiness in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0, Teaching Practices affect Teacher Work Readiness in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0, Industrial Practices and Teaching Practices in Vocational High Schools jointly affect Teacher Work Readiness in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0. | ||
