Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan timbal balik antara pertumbuhan laba, kebijakan dividen dan likuiditas pada Badan Usaha Milik Negara go public sektor non-keuangan pada tahun 2009-2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 9 BUMN dari 16 populasi BUMN go public non-keuangan yang sesuai dengan kriteria. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan dan laporan keuangan dari situs masing-masing BUMN. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis Panel Vector Auto Regressive (PVAR) dengan bantuan software Eviews 10. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa (1) Tidak terdapat hubungan satu arah maupun dua arah antara variabel kebijakan dividen dan pertumbuhan laba. (2) Tidak terdapat hubungan kausalitas antara variabel likuiditas dan pertumbuhan laba. (3) Tidak terdapat hubungan kausalitas antara variabel likuiditas dan kebijakan dividen. This study aims to determine the reciprocal relationship between profit growth, dividend policy and liquidity in the go public State-Owned Enterprises non-financial sector in 2009-2018. The research method used in this study is associative descriptive method with quantitative considerations. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method and obtained 9 SOEs from 16 non-financial go public SOE population that fit the criteria. The data used are secondary data obtained from annual reports and financial reports on the websites of each SOEs. Hypothesis testing is done by using Panel Vector Auto Regressive (PVAR) with using software Eviews 10. The results of data analysis show (1) That it no relationship between dividend policy and profit growth. (2) There is no causality relationship liquidity variable to profit growth. (3) There is no causality relationship liquidity variables to dividend policy.
