Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah 193 siswa dan 6 guru dari kategori sekolah baik, cukup, dan kurang berdasarkan hasil Ujian Nasional 2019. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket yang ditujukan kepada siswa dan guru dan dokumen pendukung berupa soal-soal UH, PTS dan PAS serta RPP yang dibuat oleh guru pada pembelajaran sebelum pandemi maupun saat pandemi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keterlaksanaan asesmen keterampilan menjelaskan fenomena ilmiah dan menggunakan bukti ilmiah IPA-Biologi di masa Pandemi Covid-19 hampir separuhnya terlaksana. Keterlaksanaan asesmen keterampilan menjelaskan fenomena ilmiah dan menggunakan bukti ilmiah mengalami penurunan jika dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran sebelum pandemi. Hal ini sejalan dengan pengalaman belajar yang didapatkan oleh siswa selama pembelajaran belum mendukung keterlaksanaan asesmen tersebut. Temuan dokumen pendukung berupa soal-soal UH, PTS dan PAS serta RPP yang disusun oleh guru pada pembelajaran saat pandemi masih belum sesuai dengan indikator-indikator keterampilan menjelaskan fenomena ilmiah dan menggunakan bukti ilmiah. Penelitian disimpulkan profil asesmen keterampilan menjelaskan fenomena ilmiah dan menggunakan bukti ilmiah IPA-Biologi di masa Pandemi Covid-19 terlaksana hampir separuhnya tetapi rata-rata persentase keterlaksanaannya menurun di masa Pandemi Covid-19. This study aims to describe the implementation of skills assessments to explain phenomena scientifically and use evidence scientifically on the subject of Biology during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research is a descriptive quantitative study with 193 students and 6 teachers from the good, sufficient, and poor school categories based on the results of the 2019 National Examination. The research instrument used was a questionnaire aimed at students and teachers who were adjusted to the skills assessment indicators to explain phenomena scientifically and use evidence scientifically and supporting documents in the form of UH, PTS, and PAS questions as well as lesson plans made by teachers in learning before the pandemic and during the pandemic. The results of this study indicate that almost half of the implementation of skills assessments in explaining phenomena scientifically and use evidence scientifically on the subject of Biology during the Covid-19 pandemic has been implemented. The implementation of skills assessments to explain phenomena scientifically and use evidence scientifically has decreased compared to learning before the pandemic. This is in line with the learning experiences gained by students during learning that have not supported the implementation of skills assessments to explain phenomena scientifically and use evidence scientifically on the subject of Biology during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Findings of supporting documents in the form of UH, PTS, and PAS questions, as well as lesson plans prepared by teachers in learning during a pandemic, are still not following the skills indicators for explaining phenomena scientifically and use evidence scientifically. It can be concluded that the profile of the skills assessment to explain phenomena scientifically and use evidence scientifically of the subject of Biology during the Covid-19 Pandemic was carried out in almost half but the average percentage of implementation decreased during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
