Summary:Model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing adalah suatu model pembelajaran yang menekankan pada proses penemuan konsep dan hubungan antar konsep dimana siswa merancang sendiri prosedur percobaan. Pada penelitian ini, Web Based Inquiry dan Google Classroom digunakan sebagai LMS. Model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan Web Based Inquiry dan Google Classroom diteliti untuk dianalisis pengaruhnya terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SMA pada materi sistem ekskresi. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain The Static Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Sindang Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari kelas eksperimen 1 berjumlah 36 siswa dan kelas eksperimen 2 berjumlah 36 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah soal tes kemampuan berpikir kritis, angket respon siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing, angket respon siswa terhadap penggunaan Web Based Inquiry dan Google Classroom, dan juga lembar observasi aktivitas siswa dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan pretest kepada kedua kelompok. Kemudian diberi perlakuan dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan Web Based Inquiry di kelas eksperimen 1 dan Google Classroom di kelas eksperimen 2. Selanjutnya diberikan posttest pada akhir pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan awal berpikir kritis siswa kelas eksperimen 1 termasuk kategori lemah sedangkan kelas eksperimen 2 termasuk kategori tidak terwujud, sedangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis sesudah perlakuan di kedua kelompok tersebut termasuk kategori sedang. Kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas eksperimen 1 dan kelas eksperimen 2 mengalami peningkatan (gain normalized), di kelas eksperimen 1 sebesar 0,22 (kategori rendah) dan di kelas eksperimen 2 sebesar 0,31 (kategori sedang). Respon positif siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing di kedua kelompok. Dari penelitian ini, kedua LMS yaitu Web Based Inquiry dan Google Classroom dapat digunakan untuk mendukung pembelajaran biologi di sekolah. Seluruh aktivitas pembelajaran yang tertuang dalam RPP telah dilakukan siswa dan guru. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing, Web Based Inquiry, Google Classroom, Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis, Sistem Ekskresi ABSTRACT The guided inquiry learning model is a learning model that emphasizes the concept discovery process and the relationship between concepts where students design their own experimental procedures. In this research, Web Based Inquiry and Google Classroom are used as LMS. The guided inquiry learning model assisted by Web Based Inquiry and Google Classroom was investigated to analyze its effect on the critical thinking ability of high school students on the excretory system material. The research metode was used a quasi-experimental method with The Static Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population of this study were students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Sindang for the 2020/2021 academic year. The research sample consisted of 36 students in experimental class 1 and 36 students in experimental class 2. The instruments used in this research are critical thinking ability test questions, student response questionnaires to the application of the guided inquiry learning model, student response questionnaires to the use of Web Based Inquiry and Google Classroom, and also student and teacher activity observation sheets. The data collection technique was done by giving a pretest to both groups. Then they were treated by applying a guided inquiry learning model assisted by Web Based Inquiry in the experimental class 1 and Google Classroom in the experimental class 2. Then a given posttest was at the end of the lesson. The results shows that the initial critical thinking ability of the experimental class 1 students was in the weak category while the experimental class 2 was in the not manifested category, while the critical thinking skills after treatment in both groups were in the moderate category. The critical thinking ability of experimental class 1 and experimental class 2 students has increased (gain normalized), in the experimental class 1 by 0.22 (low category) and in the experimental class 2 by 0.31 (medium category). The positive response of students to the application of the guided inquiry learning model in both groups. From this research, both LMS, namely Web Based Inquiry and Google Classroom, can be used to support biology learning in schools. All learning activities contained in the lesson plan have been carried out by students and teachers.
