Motivasi merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh cukup besar terhadap hasil belajar. Motivasi belajar dapat mendorong semangat belajar pada siswa dan sebaliknya kurangnya motivasi belajar akan membuat siswa tidak semangat belajar dan juga akan mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Namun kuat dan lemahnya motivasi pada siswa berbeda, hal itu dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kelas IV di SDN 3 Nagri Kaler kabupaten purwakarta dengan sampel 30 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket atau kuesioner dan tes hasil belajar siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa siswa kelas IV memiliki motivasi belajar yang baik yang ditunjukan dari hasil angket setiap indikator yang ada pada angket atau kuesioner. Hasil belajar siswa kelas IV dalam kategori yang cukup karena 78% siswa mendapatkan nilai diatas 60. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh hasil nilai t-hitung sebesar 3,052 dan t-tabel 2,048 dan nilai signifikan 0,05 yang dapat disimpulkan t-hitung 3,052 > t-tabel 2,048 dan nilai signifikan 0,05 hal ini berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar siswa dan hasil belajar siswa pada siswa kelas IV. ----- Motivation is a factor that has a large enough influence on learning outcomes. Motivation to learn can encourage the spirit of learning in students and vice versa lack of motivation to learn will make students not eager to learn and will also affect student learning outcomes. However, the strengths and weaknesses of motivation in students are different, it is influenced by internal and external factors. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of student learning motivation on student learning outcomes. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. This research was conducted in class IV at SDN 3 Nagri Kaler, Purwakarta Regency with a sample of 30 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires or questionnaires and student learning outcomes tests. The results of this study indicate that fourth-grade students have good learning motivation which is shown from the results of the questionnaire on each indicator in the questionnaire or questionnaire. The learning outcomes of class IV students are in the sufficient category because 78% of students get a score of 60. From the calculation results, the t-count value is 3.052 and the t-table is 2.048 and a significant value is 0.05 which can be obtained t-count 3.052 > t-table 2.048 and a significant value of 0.05 means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the results of the study, it can be obtained that there is a significant influence between student learning motivation and student learning outcomes in class IV.
