Summary:ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul "Pengaruh Pelatihan Capacity Building Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Balai Pengembangan Kompetensi PUPR Wilayah IV Bandung". Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh gambaran mengenai pengaruh pelatihan di Balai Pengembangan Kompetensi PUPR Wilayah IV Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan metode angket tertutup, dengan sampel sebanyak 45 yakni peserta pelatihan yang mengikuti pelatihan Capacity Building pada periode bulan November 2020. Analisis dalam perhitungan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program Microsoft Office Excel 2013 dan program SPSS versi 25.0. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan rumus Weight Means Score (WMS), gambaran umum variable X (Pelatihan) berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata 3,7. Sementara gambaran umum variable Y (Kinerja Pegawai) pada kategori sangat baik, dengan skor rata-rata 3,7. Korelasi variable X dan variable Y memiliki hubungan yang signifikan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,778 yang ada pada kategori kuat dan signifikan, dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 60,5% serta hasil analisis regresi yaitu Ŷ = 43,107 + 0,778 yang bersifat signifikan dan linear. Kesimpulan penelitian menyatakan program pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di BAPEKOM PUPR Wilayah IV Bandung. Pelatihan Capacity Building atau pengembangan kapasitas dan pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia di lembaga sangat diperlukan, agar para pegawai dapat ditingkatkan keahliannya dan pengetahuannya guna memperlancar tugas yang diberikan kepadanya dalam rangka mencapai tujuan lembaga tersebut. Capacity Building atau pengembangan kapasitas ini akan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan Capacity Building, Kinerja Pegawai ABSTRACT This research is entitled "The Effect of Capacity Building Training on Employee Performance at the Center for Competency Development of PUPR Region IV Bandung". The purpose of this study was to determine and obtain an overview of the effect of training at the Center for Competency Development of PUPR Region IV Bandung. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out using a closed questionnaire method, with a sample of 45, namely training participants who took part in the Capacity Building training in the period November 2020. The analysis in the calculations in this study used the help of the Microsoft Office Excel 2013 program and the SPSS version 25.0 program. Based on the results of calculations using the Weight Means Score (WMS) formula, the general description of the X variable (Training) is in the very good category with an average score of 3.7. Meanwhile, the general description of variable Y (Employee Performance) is in the very good category, with an average score of 3.7. The correlation between variable X and variable Y has a significant relationship. This can be seen from the results of the correlation coefficient of 0.778 which is in the strong and significant category, with a coefficient of determination of 60.5% and the results of regression analysis, namely = 43.107 + 0.778 which is significant and linear. The conclusion of the study states that the training program has a significant effect on employee performance at BAPEKOM PUPR Region IV Bandung. Capacity Building training or capacity building and empowerment of human resources in institutions is very necessary, so that employees can improve their skills and knowledge in order to facilitate the tasks assigned to them in order to achieve the goals of the institution.
