520 | |a Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan perangkat lunak inventori kematangan karir untuk meningkatkan manajemen layanan bimbingan karir. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan metode Research and Development. Sampel penelitian adalah 819 peserta didik kelas IX yang berasal dari 11 SMP/MTs negeri/swasta di kota Bogor dengan non probability sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) inventori kematangan karir menggunakan teori Crites yang memiliki aspek kognitif dan afektif. (2) nilai reliabilitas aspek kognitif berada pada level sedang (0,583) dan nilai reliabilitas aspek afektif berada pada level tinggi (0,795) yang menunjukkan bahwa inventori ini memadai untuk digunakan (3) Perangkat lunak inventori kematangan karir yang menggunakan sistem operasi Visual Basic dan SQL Server (4) Perangkat lunak inventori kematangan karir memadai untuk digunakan berdasarkan penilaian pakar, praktisi dan siswa. (5) Perangkat lunak inventori kematangan karir baik dari segi efektivitas dan kepraktisan dalam manajemen bimbingan karir. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan (1) Guru BK dapat mengimplementasikan perangkat lunak inventori kematangan karir disekolahnya; dapat membuat program bimbingan karir berdasarkan data kematangan karir; mampu membuat rekomendasi persiapan karir siswa. (2) peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan perangkat lunak: berbasis web; menghasilkan rekomendasi terkomputerisasi; mengintegrasikan dengan variabel lain yang mempengaruhi. Kata kunci: Manajemen bimbingan karir, Kematangan karir, Perangkat lunak inventori kematangan karir This study aimed to develop career maturity inventory software to improve the management of career guidance. The approached was quantitative and qualitative with research and development method. The subject of this study was 9th grade of Junior High School both public and private school in Bogor which consisted of 819 student with non-probability sampling.. The results showed that (1) Crites's theory which had two aspects (cognitive and affective) used for the career maturity inventory (2) the reliability of cognitive aspect was in medium level (0.583) and the reliability of affective aspect was in high level (0.795). (3) the career maturity inventory software was applied visual basic operation system and SQL server. (4) career maturity inventory software was applicable according to experts, practitioners and students. (5) the career maturity inventory software was good in the effectiveness and practically for career guidance. The study recommended for (1) counselors, they can applied this career maturity inventory software in their school; to develop a guidance and counseling career program based on the career maturity data; and make recommendattion based on the result of this study (2) the other researchers, they can develop the software : through web-based; evolving it until get the recommendations computerized; integrate it with other variable which can influence the maturity.
