Summary:Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan bimbingan pribadi sosial untuk mengembangkan empati budaya siswa kelas XI di SMA BPI 1 Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Pre-Experimental Design (one group pretest posttest). Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Mix Method (kuantitatif dan kualitatif). Penelitian dilakukan di SMA BPI 1 Bandung. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI. Penentuan sampel diambil dengan teknik Quata sampling dengan proporsi 50 %. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan pribadi sosial belum mampu secara signifikan mengembangkan empati budaya siswa kelas XI SMA BPI 1 Bandung. Rekomendasi hasil penelitan ini ditunjukan pada sekolah, prodi bimbingan dan konseling serta peneliti selanjutnya. Kata Kunci : Bimbingan Pribadi Sosial, Empati Budaya, Keragaman Budaya. The research aimed to develop a social personal guidance in order to foster cultural empathy of High School students. Method of this research is Pre-Experimental Design with one group pretest posttest. Research approaches using Method Mix approach (quantitative and qualitative). The research was conducted at SMA BPI 1 Bandung. The population of this research was XI grade students. The sample for this research was taken by Quota sampling techniques with the proportion of 50%. The results showed that social personal guidance was not able to significantly develop cultural empathy yet of XI grade students at BPI 1 Bandung high school. The outcomes of this research are recommended for school, department of guidance and counseling, and further research. Keywords : social personal guidance, cultural empathy, cultural diversity
