Summary:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran blended learning di kelas V SD Negeri Karang Jalak 2 Kecamatan Kesambi Kota Cirebon pada masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Karang Jalak 2 Kecamatan Kesambi Kota Cirebon pada bulan Juni 2021. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa deskripsi tentang penerapan model blended learning yang diperoleh melalui metode wawancara dan observasi sebagai data utama dan dokumentasi sebagai data penunjang. Dengan subjek penelitian guru kelas V dan peserta didik kelas V. Setelah dilakukan pengumpulan data, kemudian dilakukan analisis data secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan blended learning di kelas V pada masa pandemi covid-19 sudah terlaksana dimulai dari perencanaan pembelajaran yang disusun oleh guru seperti perangkat pembelajaran, mengatur jadwal antara pembelajaran tatap muka dan pembelajaran online, dan bahan ajar untuk pembelajaran blended learning. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran sesuai dengan langkah-langkah blended learning seperti seeking of information, acquisition of information, dan synthesizing of knowledge yang dilakukan baik pada pembelajaran tatap muka maupun pembelajaran online. Penilaian pembelajaran blended learning meliputi penilaian sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan yang diamati pada pembelajaran tatap muka dan pembelajaran online dengan cara tertentu. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam penerapan model blended learning adalah ada beberapa anak yang tidak muncul di dalam grup pada saat melakukan pembelajaran online. Sedangkan pada pembelajaran tatap muka masih ada beberapa peserta didik yang lupa memakai masker. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari penelitian ini bahwa penerapan blended learning di kelas V dapat dilihat dari kegiatan perencanaan bahwa guru sudah menyiapkan perangkat pembelajaran, jadwal dan bahan ajar. Pada kegiatan pelaksanaan sudah sesuai dengan langkah-langkah blended learning. Pada kegiatan penilaian dilakukan secara tatap muka dan online. ----- This research aims to describe the implementation of blended learning as a learning model of the 5th grade elementary school student at SD Negeri Kalang Jalak 2, Kesambi, Cirebon in Covid-19 situation. It is conducted in SD Negeri Kalang Jalak 2, Kesambi, Cirebon on Juni 2021. The research method used qualitative approach and the type of reseacrh is case study. The data is description of the implementation of blended learning model which was gained by doing interview and observation as the main data and documentation as supporting data. The research subject is the teacher and the students of 5th grade. After collecting the data, it was conducted to analyze the data in qualitative. The result of the research showed that the implementation of blended learning in 5th grade in covid 19 pandemic was conducted which was started from making lesson plan by the teacher such as, learning media, managing the teaching learning between face to face learning and online learning, and learning materials for blended learning. Implementation of learning in accordance with the steps of blended learning such as, seeking of information, acqusition of information and synthesizing of knowlegde which were undergone in face to face learning or online learning. The assessment of blended learning was attitude, knowlege and skill. The obstacles that were faced by the teacher in implementing blended learning were some students did not present in learning online and theu did not wear medical mask in face to face learning. In conclusion, the implementation of blended learning in the 5th grade could be shown in lesson plan which was the teacher prepared learning media, learning schedule and learning materials. In teaching and learning process had already been appropriate with the steps of blended learning. Evalution had been done in both face to face and online learning.
