Jaringan irigasi Cipuspa merupakan jaringan irigasi baru, yang dibangun pemerintah Kabupaten Sukabumi pada tahun 2012, daerah irigasi Cipuspa memiliki luas total daerah yang diairi 130 Ha. Dengan dibangunnya jaringan irigasi tersebut diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan air petani dan meningkatkan intensitas tanaman yang berpotensi khususnya tanaman padi, sehingga produktivitas hasil pangan dapat memenuhi harapan. Guna mempertahankan fungsi dari jaringan irigasi Cipuspa tersebut, agar berfungsi seperti yang diharapkan secara berkelanjutan, maka perlu adanya usaha untuk terus mempertahankan fungsi jaringan irigasi tersebut. Usaha tersebut meliputi operasi dan pemeliharaan jaringan irigasi yang tepat, sehingga Jaringan Irigasi Daerah irigasi Cipuspa tersebut dapat berfungsi secara optimal sebagaimana fungsi yang di rencanakan, yaitu dapat memenuhi kebutuhan air bagi petani di daerah tersebut.
