520 |a Early Childhood Education Institutions (PAUD) based on Islamic education are not something new in the world of education. The development of PAUD is followed by many curriculum innovations being developed. This is in line with the increasing awareness of parents to provide education that is balanced with early childhood education services that have good quality in the quality of education at TK IT Al-Manar. This study aims to describe the implementation of Islamic education-based curriculum management in TK IT Al-Manar with a case study approach using observation, interviews and documentation methods. The subjects in this study were the head of the Al-Manar IT Kindergarten and one class teacher. The results showed that TK IT Al-Manar implements management that focuses on developing a curriculum that is oriented to needs by first analyzing the internal and external environment. The curriculum applied at the IT Al-Manar Kindergarten is the 2013 curriculum which was developed into an operational curriculum based on Islamic education in accordance with the guidelines for the components of the 2014 Ministry of National Education curriculum development. The typical program productivity is memorizing from an early age with the Tabarak method and the flagship program, namely annual programs, religious habituation programs, habituation programs for character building, and cooperation programs with committees, schools and parents. The democratization of the implementation of the curriculum places educators and education personnel according to performance. Cooperatives are established with positive collaboration between the head of the Al-Manar IT Kindergarten and teachers, teachers and guardians of students, parents and school committees. And the effectiveness of curriculum management is carried out as an effort to evaluate programs that are already running, are running and adjust to the needs of the coming semester.
