Summary:Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kinerja mengajar guru yang kurang optimal pada Masa Pandemi COVID-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai pengaruh supervisi akademik Kepala Sekolah secara Daring terhadap kinerja mengajar guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Cicendo Kota Bandung pada Masa Pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri Kecamatan Cicendo Kota Bandung dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 58 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Variabel yang diteliti adalah supervisi akademik secara Daring sebagai variabel bebas dan kinerja mengajar guru sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian ini menjawab pertanyaan (1) Bagaimana gambaran supervisi akademik Kepala Sekolah secara Daring di SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Cicendo Kota Bandung pada Masa Pandemi COVID-19? (2) Bagaimana gambaran kinerja mengajar guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Cicendo Kota Bandung pada Masa Pandemi COVID-19? (3) Bagaimana pengaruh supervisi akademik Kepala Sekolah secara Daring terhadap kinerja mengajar guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Cicendo Kota Bandung pada Masa Pandemi COVID-19?. Pengolahan data menggunakan perhitungan WMS (Weight Means Score), mengubah skor mentah menjadi skor baku, uji normalitas, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis signifikansi koefisien, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah secara Daring terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Cicendo Kota Bandung. Kata kunci : kinerja mengajar guru, supervisi akademik secara daring This research is motivated by the less than optimal teaching performance of teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the effect of online school principal's academic supervision on the teaching performance of State Junior High School teachers in Cicendo District, Bandung City during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The study used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The location of this research was conducted at the State Junior High School, Cicendo District, Bandung City with a total of 58 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire and interviews. The variables studied were online academic supervision as the independent variable and teacher teaching performance as the dependent variable. This study answers the questions (1) What is the description of the online school principal's academic supervision at public junior high schools in Cicendo District, Bandung City during the COVID-19 Pandemic? (2) What is the description of the teaching performance of State Junior High School teachers in Cicendo District, Bandung City during the COVID-19 Pandemic? (3) How is the influence of online school principal's academic supervision on the teaching performance of public junior high school teachers in Cicendo District, Bandung City during the COVID-19 Pandemic?. Data processing uses WMS (Weight Means Score) calculation, converting raw scores into standard scores, normality test, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient significance analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of Online School Principal Academic Supervision on the Teaching Performance of State Junior High School Teachers in Cicendo District, Bandung City.
