Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan faktor-faktor yang menentukan perilaku muzaki dalam membayar zakat di masa pandemi covid-19. Secara khusus, penelitian ini akan menguji pengaruh variabel sikap, norma subjektif, kontrol perilaku, motivasi dan religiositas terhadap perilaku membayar zakat. Metode penelitian yang dipilih adalah kuantitatif. Adapun untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan kausalitas. Teknik analaisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan teknik structural equation modeling-partial least square (sem-pls). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara deskriptif variabel tingkat sikap, tingkat norma subjektif, tingkat kontrol perilaku, tingkat motivasi dan tingkat religiositas berada pada kategori yang tinggi sedangankan untuk secara kausalitas variabel sikap dan norma subjektif tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap perilaku membayar zakat sedangkan untuk variabel kontrol perilaku, motivasi dan religiositas memiliki hasil yang berlawanan dengan variabel sebelumnya. Hasil ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku membayar zakat di masa pandemi covid-19. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini baik secara deskriptif ataupun kausalitas, diharapkan para stakeholders zakat di Indonesia ketika ingin membuat program zakat di situasi pandemi saat ini agar lebih memperhatikan indikator-indikator penunjang dalam variabel-variabel yang membentuk perilaku muzaki membayar zakat di masa pandemi covid-19. This study aims to discover the factors that determine the behavior of muzakki in paying zakat during the covid-19 pandemic. In particular, this study will examine the effect of attitude, subjective norm, behavioral control, motivation, and religiosity on the behavior of paying zakat. The research method chosen is quantitative for testing the proposed hypothesis using a descriptive approach and causality. The data analysis technique used is the structural equation modeling technique-partial least square (sem-pls). This study indicates that the variables of attitude and subjective norms have no significant and significant effect on the behavior of paying zakat. In contrast, the behavioral control variables, motivation, and religiosity have the opposite results with the previous variables. These three variables have a positive and significant effect on the behavior of paying zakat during the covid-19 pandemic. Based on the research findings, it is hoped that zakat stakeholders in Indonesia want to create a zakat program in the current pandemic situation to pay more attention to the supporting indicators in the variables that shape the behavior of muzaki paying zakat during the covid-19 pandemic.
