ABSTRAK Praktik Kerja Industri (Prakerin) sebagai satu-satunya program pendidikan di kejuruan yang memberikan kesempatan siswa untuk adaptasi dengan dunia kerja yang sesungguhnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesesuaian program prakerin antara pihak sekolah dengan pihak industri serta solusi ketika ada ketidaksesuaian dalam penyelenggaraan program prakerin. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Kesesuaian persiapan program prakerin yang terjadi antara pihak sekolah dan pihak industri yaitu pada kepemilikan database; tahapan prakerin; dan pembekalan materi siswa. Untuk aspek yang masih ada ketidaksesuaian dalam persiapan prakerin yaitu aspek validasi/sinkronisasi kurikulum, pedoman prakerin dan kurangnya staff khusus yang menangani prakerin; 2) Kesesuaian pelaksanaan program prakerin pihak sekolah dan pihak industri yang sudah terjadi pada aspek akomodasi, pembimbing, pengawasan, hasil yang diperoleh siswa dan rencana evaluasi prakerin. Sementara untuk aspek lama prakerin dan relevansi tempat prakerin masih ada ketidaksesuaian; 3) Solusi ketidaksesuaian program Prakerin yang diselenggarakan sekolah dengan industri yaitu adanya pihak ketiga yang menjadi penghubung antara pihak sekolah dengan pihak industri melalui pengadaan website database program prakerin serta pelaksanaan prakerin dikelas XII semester akhir. ABSTRACT Industrial Work Practice (Prakerin) as the only vocational education program that gives students the opportunity to adapt to the real world of work. The purpose of this research is to find out the internship program between the school and the industry as well as solutions when there is a discrepancy in the implementation of the internship program. The research method in this study is qualitative with a CIPP model approach (Context, Input, Process, Product) with data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation and interviews. The results of this study are: 1) The suitability of the internship program preparation that occurs between the school and the industry, namely the ownership of the database; prakerin stage; and provision of student materials. For aspects that still have discrepancies in the preparation of prakerin, namely aspects of curriculum validation/synchronization, prakerin guidelines and the lack of special staff who handle prakerin; 2) The suitability of the implementation of the prakerin program of the school and the industry that has occurred in the aspects of accommodation, mentoring, supervision, the results obtained and the prakerin evaluation plan. Meanwhile, there are still discrepancies in the aspects of the duration of the internship and the relevance of the place of prakerin; 3) The solution to the discrepancy of the Prakerin program organized by the industry is the existence of a third party who acts as a liaison between the school and the industry through the procurement of a database website for the internship program and the implementation of internship in class XII in the final semester.
