ABSTRAK Undang-undang No. 25 Tahun 2004 tentang Sistem Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional menyatakan bahwa perencanaan pembangunan didasarkan pada data dan informasi yang akurat dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Sedangkan dalam Perpres No. 12 Tahun 2014 dinyatakan bahwa dalam rangka mendukung perencanaan prasarana olahraga, Pemerintah Daerah melakukan inventarisasi, identifikasi dan pengkajian perencanaan prasarana olahraga. Pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung Barat melalui Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga berusaha mengembangkan sebuah sistem yang diharapkan dapat mengakomodir kebutuhan data pada proses penataan prasarana olahraga dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam berolahraga melalui Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Keolahragaan Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Namun, dampak dari aplikasi sistem informasi tersebut belum diketahui. Maka dari itulah penelitian ini dirasa penting untuk dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode ex post facto. Analisis data menggunakan model regresi sederhana dan diawali dengan Uji Asumsi Klasik. Hasil menunjukan bahwa aplikasi sistem informasi keolahragaan Kabupaten Bandung Barat berdampak pada penataan prasarana olahraga dengan nilai Sig. 0,036 ≤ 0,05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,256 ≥ t tabel 2.093, sedangkan pada partisipasi masyarakat dalam berolahraga aplikasi sistem informasi keolahragaan Kabupaten Bandung Barat tidak berpengaruh hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai Sig. 0,285 ≥ 0,05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 1,100 ≤ t tabel 2.093. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut peneliti berharap adanya kebijakan atau peraturan terkait penggunaan dan pengembangan IPTEK dalam pembangunan olahraga di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. While in Presidential Decree No. 12 of 2014 it is stated that in order to support the planning of sports infrastructure, the Regional Government conducts an inventory, identification and assessment of sports infrastructure planning. Bandung Barat Government through the Youth and Sports Office is trying to develop a system that is expected to accommodate data needs in the process of structuring sports infrastructure and community participation in sports through the Bandung Barat Sports Information System Application. However, the impact of the application of the information system is not yet known. Therefore, this research is considered important to be carried out. This study uses a quantitative approach with the ex post facto method. Data analysis uses a simple regression model and begins with the Classical Assumption Test. The results show that the application of sports information systems in Bandung Barat has an impact on the arrangement of sports infrastructure with the value of Sig. 0.036 0.05 and the value of t count is 2.256 t table 2.093, while the community participation in exercising the application of sports information systems in Bandung Barat has no effect, this is indicated by the value of Sig. 0.285 0.05 and the t-count value is 1.100 t table 2.093. Based on these results, the researcher hopes that there will be policies or regulations related to the use and development of science and technology in sports development in Bandung Barat.
