ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penggunaan bahasa berupa alih kode dan campur kode dalam peristiwa tutur di konten YouTube SkinnyIndonesian24. Penelitian ini mengkaji jenis, bentuk, dan faktor penyebab terjadinya alih kode dan campur kode dalam peristiwa tutur di konten YouTube SkinnyIndonesian24. Selain itu, terdapat beberapa pola bahasa yang digunakan dalam tuturan konten video tersebut. Oleh karena itu, peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti data tuturan dalam konten video SkinnyIndonesian24 menggunakan kajian sosiolinguistik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik dokumentasi, simak, dan catat. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini ialah mengungkap dan mendeskripsikan (1) Bentuk dan jenis alih kode; (2) bentuk dan jenis campur kode; dan (3) faktor penyebab alih kode dan campur kode. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan (1) dua bentuk gramatikal alih kode yaitu klausa dan kalimat serta dua jenis alih kode yaitu intern dan ekstern, (2) empat bentuk gramatikal campur kode yaitu kata, frasa, idiom, dan kata ulang. selain itu, terdapat dua jenis campur kode yaitu campur kode ke luar dan campur kode ke dalam; terakhir (3) faktor penyebab terjadinya alih kode dan campur kode yaitu faktor penutur, faktor lawan tutur, dan faktor perubahan topik pembicaraan. Kata kunci: sosiolinguistik, alih kode, campur kode, kanal YouTube ABSTRACT The language use in the form of code switching and code mixing in speech events on YouTube content SkinnyIndonesian24 is the background of this research. Speech events in SkinnyIndonesian24 YouTube content are examined at the types, forms, and factors that cause code switching and code mixing in this study. Besides that, In the speech of the video content, there are several language patterns used. Therefore, researchers are interested in researching speech data in SkinnyIndonesian24 video content using sociolinguistic studies. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method with documentation, listening, and note-taking techniques. The aims of this research are to reveal and describe (1) the form and type of code switching; (2) forms and types of code mixing; and (3) factors causing code switching and code mixing. The results of this study found. There are two grammatical forms of code switching, namely clauses and sentences and two types of code switching, namely internal and external. (2) four grammatical forms of code-mixing, namely words, phrases, idioms, and repeat words. In addition, there are two types of code mixing, namely external code mixing and internal code mixing. in the last (3) The factors that cause code switching and mixing are speaker factors, interlocutor factors, and changes in the topic of code conversation.
