Hubungan antara Perceived Social Support dengan Emotional Exhaustion pada perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Bandung. Skripsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Perceived Social Support dengan Emotional Exhaustion pada perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kota Bandung dengan variasi jenis kelamin, usia, lama bekerja, jam kerja, area kerja, jabatan, status pernikahan, serta jumlah anak (N=213). Pengambilan data dilakukan secara online dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling yang disebarkan melalui kuesioner. Kuesioner yang digunkana sudah di adaptasi ke bahasa Indonesia, Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) dan Maslach Burnout Inventory Human Services Survey (MBI-HSS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Social memiliki hubungan terhadap Emotional Exhaustion pada perawat di RSUD Kota Bandung. (2021). This study aims to determine the relationship between Perceived Social Support of nurses and nurses Emotional Exhaustion in Regional General Hospital in Bandung. Participants in this study were nurses with variations in gender, age, experience of nurses have, working time, work area, position, and marital status (N=213). Data were collected online using a probability sampling technique which was distributed through a questionnaire. The questionnaire used has beed adapted to Indonesian, multidimensional scale of perceived social support (MSPSS) and maslach burnout inventory human services survey (MBI-HSS). The results of this study indicate that perceived social support has relationship with emotional exhaustion to nurses in Regional General Hospital in Bandung.
