ABSTRAK Emirah Deyanalisa (1703889), "Pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada PT. X Kota Bandung", di bawah bimbingan Dr. Rofi Rofaida, S.P., M.Si. dan Askolani, S.E., MM. Selama tiga tahun terakhir, jumlah karyawan di PT. X menurun dan persentase ketidakhadiran karyawan meningkat menunjukkan bahwa karyawan PT. X memiliki masalah dengan kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja karyawan diperlukan karena dapat berdampak pada keberhasilan organisasi. Tingkat kepuasan kerja dapat dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, namun penelitian ini akan fokus pada kompensasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kompensasi, gambaran tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan bagaimana pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. X. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel 60 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Selain itu, teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis koefisien korelasi product-moment Pearson dan analisis regresi sederhana. Selanjutnya pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-f dan uji-t untuk melihat pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. X Kota Bandung. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja ABSTRACT Emirah Deyanalisa (1703889), "The Effect of Compensation on The Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. X City of Bandung", under the guidance of Dr. Rofi Rofaida, S.P., M.Sc. and Askolani, S.E., MM. For the last three years, the number of employees at PT. X is decreasing and the percentage of employees absenteeism is increasing show that the employees of PT. X has a problem with job satisfaction. Employee job satisfaction is necessary because it can have an impact on organizational success. The level of job satisfaction can be influenced by many elements, but this study will focus on the compensation element. The purpose of this research is to know the description of compensation, description of the level of employee job satisfaction, and how the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT. X. This study uses descriptive and verification analysis with a total population and sample of 60 employees. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. Moreover, the analysis technique used is Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient analysis and simple regression analysis. Furthermore, hypothesis testing uses f-test and t-test to see the influence simultaneously and partially. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees of PT. X Bandung City. Keywords: Compensation, Job Satisfaction
