| Summary: | ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan Analisis Lagu "Muhasabah Cinta dan Aku Ingin Mencintai-Mu Setulusnya" dari Album Sepotong Episode Grup Edcoustic. Dilakukannya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan ciri dari segi aspek musikal serta lirik yang pada Lagu Muhasabah Cinta dan Aku Ingin Mencintai-Mu Setulusnya, yang menjadi dasar dalam mengungkap ciri tersebut adalah tema yang sama dari kedua lagu yaitu "Muhasabah". Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analitif-kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, yaitu menganalisis lagu nasyid dengan menentukan beberapa elemen musik, serta membedah lirik kata per kata maupun per kalimat. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dari aspek musikal maupun lirik terdapat beberapa kesamaan pada kedua lagu. dengan berlandaskan tema yang sama maka peneliti menyimpulkan ciri yang terdapat pada kedua lagu tersebut akan berlaku untuk lagu yang lain dengan tema yang sama pada album Sepotong Episode grup Edcoustic. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat menjadi rujukan bagi masyarakat, peneliti dan dunia pendidikan musik dalam mengetahui konteks musikologi grup edcoustic. Kata Kunci: Analisis lagu, Muhasabah, Edcoustic, Nasyid ABSTRACT This study describes the analysis of the song "Muhasabah Cinta and I Want to Love You Sincerely" from the Edcoustic Group's Slice Episode Album. The purpose of this study was to obtain the characteristics in terms of the musical aspect as well as the lyrics of the songs Muhasabah Cinta and I Want to Love You Sincerely, which became the basis for revealing these characteristics, the same theme of the two songs, namely "Muhasabah". The method in this study uses an analytical-qualitative approach with a descriptive method, namely analyzing nasyid songs by determining several musical elements, as well as dissecting the lyrics word for word and sentence per sentence. The results of this study indicate that from the musical and lyrical aspects there are some similarities in the two songs. Based on the same theme, the researcher concludes that the characteristics contained in the two songs will apply to other songs with the same theme on the Edcoustic group's Slice Episode album. The implications of this research can be a reference for the public, researchers and the world of music education in knowing the musical context of the edcoustic group.
