520 |a This study has objective of identifying the effect of learning organization and managerial supervision to transformational leadership of headmasters in improving the performance of teachers, its implications in enhancing the existence/quality of schools. Study methods: quantitative descriptive with survey, data analysis technique using product moment correlation, determination and regression with software SPSS 26.0 for windows. Data is collected from closed questionnaires. Samples of this study include headmasters and teachers of Public Elementary Schools in Cicalengka District, Bandung Regency. The samples consist of 45 headmasters and 225 teachers. Data analysis finds that the effect of learning organization to transformasional leadership of headmasters is to reach 0,405 (16,4%). The effect of managerial supervision to transformational leadership of headmasters is 0,427 (18,2%). As to the effect of learning organization and managerial supervision to transformational leadership of headmasters it records 0,416 (17,3%). Meanwhile, the effect of transformational leadership of headmasters to the performance of teachers reaches -0,297 (8,8%). Regression equation of this study produces Y=2,399+0,163X1+0,225X2, positive marks show effect, which means that any change to one variable unit of learning organization and managerial supervision will alter transformational leadership of headmasters and the performance of teachers. As conclusion, there is significant effect of learning organization and managerial supervision to transformational leadership of headmaster that in turn will enhance the performance of teachers. Recommendations, for scientific development in education administration, despite some shortcomings in this study, it is necessary to conduct further studies with different variable combinations.
