Summary

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kinerja karyawan di PT. POS Indonesia Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran program kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja, tingkat kinerja karyawan dan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh program kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Penelitian ini menggunakan metode metode explanatory survey, dimana Teknik dan pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan model skala likert. Dengan ukuran populasi sebanyak 66 responden yaitu karyawan divisi SDM PT. POS Indonesia Bandung. Dan Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan yang menunjukkan bahwa program kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja berada pada kategori sesuai dan tingkat kinerja karyawan di PT. POS Indonesia berada pada ketegori tinggi. Dari hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa program kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. POS Indonesia Bandung. Dengan demikian kinerja karyawan dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan program kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja. POS INDONESIA BANDUNG By: NENG SRI ROBAENI 1700543 This thesis is guide by: Prof. Dr. H. Suwatno, M.Si The problem studied in this study is that the performance has not been optimal employees at PT. POS Indonesia Bandung. This study aims to determine an overview of the occupational health and safety program, the level of employee performance and to determine whether there is an effect of the occupational health and safety program on employee performance. This study uses the explanatory survey method, where the technique and data collection used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. With a population size of 66 respondents, namely employees of the HR division of PT. POS Indonesia Bandung. And the data analysis technique used is regression analysis simple. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the occupational health and safety program was in the appropriate category and the level of employee performance at PT. POS Indonesia is in the high category. From the results of hypothesis testing shows that the occupational health and safety program has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at PT. POS Indonesia Bandung. Thus the performance of employees can be improved through the improvement of occupational health and safety programs. .
