PENGARUH AKSES MODAL DAN PERILAKU KEWIRAUSAHAAN TERHADAP KEBERHASILAN USAHA RAJUT DI SENTRA INDUSTRI RAJUT BINONG JATI KOTA BANDUNG

Summary

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran akses modal, perilaku kewirausahaan, dan keberhasilan usaha, serta pengaruh akses modal dan perilaku kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan usaha rajut di Sentra Industri Rajut Binong Jati Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket yang disebarkan kepada pengusaha rajut di Sentra Industri Rajut Binong Jati sebanyak sampel yang berjumlah 133 orang dari 200 orang sebagai populasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan accidental Sampling. Uji validitas istrumen menggunakan korelasi product moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan alpha cronbach. Uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heterokedastisitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier multipel. Dari hasil perhitungan uji t pada masing-masing variabel akses modal dan perilaku kewirausahaan diketahui thitung > ttabel, yaitu variabel akses modal diperoleh thitung : 2.121 > ttabel : 1.978 dan variabel perilaku kewirausahaan diperoleh thitung : 16.727 > ttabel : 1.978. Sehingga hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa akses modal dan perilaku kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan usaha rajut di Sentra Industri Rajut Binong Jati Kota Bandung. Saran dalam penelitian ini untuk variabel akses modal adalah meningkatkan informasi untuk mengakses modal pada lembaga keuangan dan untuk variabel perilaku kewirausahaan meningkatkan keberanian untuk membuat keputusan berisiko dan melihat sebuah tantangan sebagai peluang yang harus dihadapi dengan perhitungan dalam meningkatkan keberhasilan usaha. Kata kunci : Akses Modal, Perilaku Kewirausahaan, dan Keberhasilan Usaha The aims of this research are to describe the effect of capital access, entrepreneurship behavior, and business success, and also the effect of capital access, entrepreneurship behavior to the success of a knitting business on knitting industry center at Binong Jati Bandung. This research use descriptive and verification methods. The population of this 200 knitting business on knitting industry center at binong jati bandung, with research sample of 133 business. The research use random sampling method. The istrument validity wa assessed by product moment correlation and the reliability by cronbach's alpha. The classic assumption test includes the normality test, the linearity test, the multicollinearity test, and the heteroscedasticity test. From the calculation results of the t test on each variable capital access and entrepreneurship behavior, the result of t t shows tstatistic > ttabel, variable capital acces obtained by tstatistic : 2.121 > ttabel : 1.978 and variable entrepreneurship behavior obtained by tstatistic : 16.727 > ttabel : 1.978. the result of study showed that capital access and entrepreneurship behavior has a positive effect to the success of a knitting business on knitting industry center at Binong Jati Bandung. The suggestion in this research for the variable capital access is to increase information to access capital in financial institutions, then for variable entrepreneurship behavior to increase the courage to make risky decisions and see a challenge as an opportunity that must be faced with calculations in increasing business success.
