Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepercayaan dan Resolusi Konflik Terhadap Kepuasan pada Pasangan Dewasa Awal yang Menjalani Pernikahan Jarak Jauh di Bandung. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 314 pria ataupun wanita yang menjalani pernikahan jarak jauh. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Scale milik Fowers & Olson (1993) untuk mengukur kepuasan pernikahan, Trust Scale milik Rempel, Holmes & Zanna (1985) untuk mengukur kepercayaan, dan Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory II (ROCI-II) milik Rahim (1983) untuk mengukur resolusi konflik. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi ganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 25. Penelitian ini menghasilkan: 1) Terdapat pengaruh kepercayaan dan resolusi konflik terhadap kepuasan pernikahan pada pasangan dewasa awal yang menjalani pernikahan jarak jauh di Bandung. Kata kunci: Kepuasan Pernikahan, Kepercayaan, Resolusi Konflik, Pernikahan Jarak Jauh This study aims to determine the effect of trust and conflict resolution on satisfaction in married couples who undergo long-distance marriage in Bandung. This study approach uses a quantitative approach. The number of respondents in this study were 314 men or women who had long-distance marriages. The instruments used are ENRICH Marital Satisfaction by Fowers & Olson (1993) to measure marital satisfaction, Trust Scale by Rempel, Holmes & Zanna (1985) to measure trust, and Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory II (ROCI-II) by Rahim (1983) to measure conflict resolution. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple regression technique using SPSS 25 software. The result revealed that there is the effects of trust and resolution conflict on satisfaction in married couple who undergo long-distance marriage in Bandung.
