Summary:PARENTS' VIEWS ON ONLINE LEARNING ASSISTANCE IN KINDERGARTEN (Phenomenological study conducted on parents of PAUD Bintang students in Bandung Regency) This study aims to determine the views of Kindergarten students' parents on online learning assistance which is currently mandatory due to the Covid-19 pandemic that is rife throughout the world. The method used in this study is a phenomenological study through interviews with thematic analysis on 3 parents of PAUD Bintang students in Bandung Regency. The results of the study showed that the parents' views on online learning assistance are less effective. Parents find it difficult to deal with children's moods which have an impact on parents' attitudes towards the children. The difficulties faced by parents are in dealing with children's mood swing, in managing time with homework, in accompanying two children when mentoring learning, so parents also find it difficult to cope with their own moods. As for the parents' efforts to overcome those perceived difficulties are by consulting the school, persuading children by promising something, and freeing children to choose when going to school. PANDANGAN ORANGTUA TERHADAP PENDAMPINGAN PEMBELAJARAN DARING DI TAMAN KANAK-KANAK (Studi Fenomenologi yang dilakukan pada orangtua murid PAUD Bintang di Kabupaten Bandung) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pandangan orangtua murid Taman kanak-kanak kepada pendampingan pembelajaran daring yang saat ini diwajibkan karena faktor pandemi Covid-19 yang bermarak diseluruh dunia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi fenomenologi melalui wawancara dengan analisis tematik pada 3 orangtua murid PAUD Bintang di Kabupaten Bandung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pandangan orangtua terhadap pendampingan pembelajaran daring ialah kurang efektif, orangtua merasa kesulitan dengan suasana hati anak yang berdampak pada sikap orangtua kepada anak. Hambatan yang dihadapi orangtua berupa suasana hati anak yang berubah-ubah, sulit mengatur waktu dengan pekerjaan rumah, memdampingi dua orang anak ketika pendampingan pembelajaran, orangtua sulit mengatasi suasana hati diri sendiri. Adapun upaya orangtua terhadap hambatan yang dirasakan dengan berkonsultasi kepada pihak sekolah, merayu anak dengan menjanjikan suatu hal, serta orangtua membebaskan anak untuk memilih ketika akan sekolah.
