This aim of this study was to identify the relationship of mental toughness with athlete engagement, emotional intelligence with athlete engagement, and the relationship of both mental toughness and emotional intelligence with athlete engagement PON JABAR XX (20). The research method used quatitative approach with correlational analyze PON JABAR (20). The sample of this study was 151 respondents with categories subject was qualify in success elimination round and compete PON XX at Papua. The instruments in this study used the Mental Toughness Questionaire-10 (MTQ-10) to measure mental toughness, The Self Report Emotional Intelligence (SSEIT) to measure emotional intelligence, and Athlete Engagement Questionaire (AEQ) to measure athlete engagement. Data analyze technique of this study used pearson product moment to test the relationship of mental toughness with athlete engagement and to test the relationship of emotional intelligence with athlete engagement, and than multiple correlation to identify the relationship of mental toughness and emotional intelligence with athlete engagement PON JABAR XX (20).
