ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul "Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Pembelajaran Kepala Sekolah terhadap Efektivitas PJJ Jenjang Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Dayeuhkolot". Secara umum, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kadar efektivitas dari pengaruh kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah pada situasi Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) jenjang Sekolah Dasar (SD) di Kecamatan Dayeuhkolot. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif serta didukung dengan studi kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner, yang menjadi populasi adalah guru jenjang Sekolah Dasar Gugus 5 di Kecamatan Dayeuhkolot dengan sampel sebanyak 84 responden. Analisis perhitungan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan Microsoft Excel 2007 dan SPSS 25.0 for Windows. Hasil perhitungan Weigh Means Score (WMS), menunjukkan bahwa kecenderungan umum untuk Kepemimpinan Pembelajaran Kepala Sekolah termasuk kedalam kategori sangat baik dengan skor 4,61 dan Efektivitas PJJ termasuk kedalam kategori sangat baik dengan skor 4,3. Analisis korelasi antara kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah memiliki hubungan yang cukup kuat dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,549. Pengaruh kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah terhadap efektivitas PJJ memiliki hasil uji determinasi sebesar 30,2%, selebihnya 69,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Hasil uji signifikansi dengan kaidah pengujiannya adalah t hitung>t tabel atau 5,954 > 1,664 artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Adapun persamaan regresi dari kedua variabel ini yaitu Y=22,708+0,541X, persamaan regresi tersebut mempunyai arti bahwa setiap penambahan satu poin kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah dengan tingkat keberhasilan usaha sebesar 22,708, maka akan meningkatkan efektivitas PJJ sebesar 0,541. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Pembelajaran Kepala Sekolah, Efektivitas PJJ ABSTRACT This research is entitled "The Influence of Principal Learning Leadership on the Effectiveness of PJJ at Elementary School Level in Dayeuhkolot District". The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness of the influence of the principal's learning leadership on the Distance Learning (PJJ) situation at the Elementary School (SD) level in Dayeuhkolot District. This research is using descriptive method with quantitative approach and supported by literature study. The data collection technique was using a questionnaire, and the population was elementary school teachers in Cluster 5 in Dayeuhkolot District with a sample of 84 respondents. Calculation analysis in this study using Microsoft Excel 2007 and SPSS 25.0 for Windows. The correlation analysis of the X and Y variables is 0.549, this shows that there is a correlation with a fairly strong level of influence from the two variables, with a coefficient of determination of 30.2%. The conclusion in this study is that there is a significant positive influence between the principal's learning leadership on the effectiveness of PJJ at the Elementary School level in Dayeuhkolot District, this can be proven statistically.
