Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi siswa SMK yang telah mampu menilai kemampuan, minat, peluang, membuat komitmen terhadap pendidikan dan pilihan pekerjaan dapat dikatakan sebagai remaja yang telah mencapai identitas vokasional yang baik. Lemahnya eksplorasi dan komitmen siswa dalam identitas vokasional dapat mempengaruhi banyak domain yang berkaitan dengan kepuasan karir ketika siswa menentukan pilihan karir. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil identitas vokasional dan menghasilkan rancangan program konseling karir trait and factor untuk mengembangkan identitas vokasional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh identits vokasional siswa kelas XI SMKN 5 Bandung tahun ajaran 2020/2021 yang berjumlah 564 siswa. Teknik analisis data profil identitas vokasional menggunakan uji statistik non parametris dengan menghitung skor maksimal dan minimal, range, standar deviasi, dan mean data. Profil pencapaian identitas vokasional siswa kelas XI di SMKN 5 Bandung tahun ajaran 2020/2021 berada pada status identitas achievement dengan jumlah 450 siswa. Selain itu, terdapat siswa yang masih berada pada status identitas diffusion sebanyak 22 siswa. Hasil ini diperoleh dari instrument identitas vokasional yang terdiri dari aspek eksplorasi dan komitmen. Siswa yang berada pada status identitas diffusion menjadi sasaran program konseling karir trait and factor. Rancangan program konseling karir trait and factor memiliki komponen rasional; deskripsi kebutuhan; tujuan; sasaran; rencana tindakan dan evaluasi program yang telah diuji kelayakannya sehingga dapat diajukan untuk diuji kepada responden. Program hipotetik dianalisis bersama pakar dan praktisi untuk mendapatkan program konseling karir trait and factor untuk mengembangkan identitas vokasional yang layak untuk digunakan pada siswa SMK. This research is based by the condition of vocational students who have been able to assess abilities, interests, opportunities, make commitments to job choices can be said have achieved a good vocational identity. Weak exploration and commitment of students in vocational identity can influence many domains related to career satisfaction when making career choices. This study aims to determine the profile of vocational identity and to produce a design of trait and factor career counseling programs to develop vocational identity. The sample of this research is all vocational identity in 11 grade students of SMKN 5 Bandung in the 2020/2021 academic year which opens 564 students. The technique of analyzing vocational identity profile data uses non-parametric statistical tests by calculating the maximum and minimum scores, range, standard deviation, and data mean. The vocational identity profile of 11 grade students at SMKN 5 Bandung for the academic year 2020/2021 is in achievement identity status with a total of 450 students. In addition, there are 22 students who are still in the diffusion identity status. These results were obtained from the vocational identity instrument consisting of exploration and commitment aspects. Students who are in the identity diffusion status are the target of a trait and factor career counseling program. The design of the trait and factor career counseling program has a rational component; description of needs; aim; target; Actions and program evaluations that have been tested for feasibility can be submitted for testing to respondents. The hypothetical program was analyzed with experts and practitioners to obtain a trait and factor career counseling program to develop a vocational identity that is appropriate for use in vocational students.
