Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruh dari penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 terhadap daya saing perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey (explanatory survey). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala rentang skor antara 1 sampai 5. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan gambaran penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 berada pada kategori efektif, serta gambaran peforma daya saing perusahaan berada pada kategori efektif. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 (X) berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap daya saing perusahaan (Y). This study discusses the achievement of the implementation of the quality management system and company competitiveness at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero), this study consists of two variables, namely the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and competitiveness. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system has on the competitiveness of the company. This study uses a survey method (explanatory survey). The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a scale of scores 1 - 5. The data analysis technique used simple regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is found that the description of the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system is in the effective category, and the description of the company's competitive performance is in the effective category. The results of hypothesis testing are obtained that the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system (X) has a significant and positive effect on the competitiveness of the company (Y). | ||
