Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan program bimbingan karir berbasis teori Holland yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan pilihan karir santri Sekolah Menengah Atas kelas XI Pondok Pesantren Modern Daar El Qolam 2 Gintung Tanggerang tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian eksperimen kuasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pilihan karir seluruh santri Sekolah Menengah Atas Pondok Pesantren Modern Daar El Qolam 2 tahun ajaran 2019/2020 kelas XI baik IPA maupun IPS. Adapun banyaknya populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 253 santri. Sedangkan sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas 2 IPS B sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas 2 IPA B sebagai kelompok kontrol. Adapun analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik non-parametrik Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test dan Mann - Whitney U Test. Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test digunakan karena dua kelompok yang dibandingkan berasal dari partisipan yang sama. Sedangkan Mann - Whitney U Test digunakan untuk membandingkan dua kelompok dengan partisipan yang berbeda. Temuan penelitian mengenai efektivitas program bimbingan karir berbasis teori Holland untuk mengembangkan pilihan karir santri Sekolah Menengah Atas Kelas XI Pondok Pesantren Modern Daar El Qolam 2 Gintung Tanggerang Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020 menunjukan hasil yang signifikan untuk setiap aspek dan indikator. Kata kunci: program bimbingan karir, pilihan karir dan teori Holland This study aimed to produce Holland theory-based career guidance program to develop career options for senior high school students in class XI of Islamic Boarding School Daar El Qolam 2 Gintung Tanggerang for 2019/2020 academic year. To achieve this goal, the study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental research design. The population of this study was the career choices of all students of Senior High School class XI Islamic Boarding School Daar El Qolam 2 in 2019/2020 both science and social studies. The numbers of population in this study were 253 students while the sample of this research was 2 IPS B as the experimental group and 2 IPA B as the control group. The data analysis in this study used the non-parametric statistical test Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and the Mann-Whitney U Test. The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test was used because the two groups being compared came from the same participant. Meanwhile, the Mann - Whitney U Test was used to compare two groups with different participants. Research findings regarding Holland theory-based career guidance programs to develop career choices for high school students of Class XI Islamic Boarding School Daar El Qolam 2 Gintung Tanggerang Academic Year 2019/2020 show significant results for every aspect and indicator.
