| Summary: | Dalam era kondisi kekuasaan di Indonesia saat ini, muncul lah fenomena yang disebut dengan politik kekerabatan atau dinasti politik. Fenomena dinasti politik dianggap sebagai sesuatu hal yang memiliki potensi untuk menghambatkan berlangsungnya politik yang partisipatif dan juga terbuka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti dinamika dinasti politik dalam perspektif Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan dan Partai Gelombang Rakyat. Grand theory dari penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Patron-Klien dari Jamse Scoot, Teori kekuasaan dicetuskan oleh Angus Stewart, Teori pascamodernisme atau post-modernism theories dan Teori Pemisahan Kekuasaan oleh John Locke. dikemukakan oleh Foucault. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode penelitian fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Dinasti politik berdasarkan perspektif PDIP adalah PDIP merasa harus memberikan kesempatan yang sama kepada masyarakat karena itu tidak menerapkan sistem dinasti politik, ketua umum menentukan kaderisasi, dan Istilah dinasti politik digunakan untuk menggembosi PDIP. Ada faktor-faktor yang mendorong fenomena dinasti politik. Pertama adalah proses kaderisasi di internal partai politik. Kedua adalah pandangan masyarakat mengenai calon kepala daerah. Ketiga, merupakan kultur birokrasi. Sedangkan menurut Partai Gelora praktik dinasti politik menghambat kaderisasi partai. Partai politik sebagai suatu organisasi sangat berperan dalam mencetak pemimpin yang berkualitas dan berwawasan nasional. Keberadaan politik dinasti dianggap sebagai sebuah kegagalan partai politik dalam menciptakan ruang-ruang kaderisasi. Dampak dari dinasti politik terhadap partai adalah pertama memberikan kesempatan untuk korupsi dan nepotisme. Kedua memunculkan persaingan yang tidak sehat. Ketiga menjadikan partai menjadi tidak dapat berkembang. Kebijakan dari PDIP untuk menyikapi tentang fenomena dinasti politik adalah dengan menerapkan sistem demokrasi di dalam partai. Sedangkan Kebijakan dari Partai Gelora untuk menyikapi tentang fenomena dinasti politik adalah dengan memberikan pendidikan politik kepada kader dan masyarakat. THE DYNAMICS OF POLITICAL DINASTIES IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE INDONESIAN STRUGGLE DEMOCRACY PARTY AND THE PEOPLE'S WAVE PARTY (A Study in Lampung Province). In the current era of power conditions in Indonesia, a phenomenon called kinship politics or political dynasties emerged. The phenomenon of political dynasties is considered as something that has the potential to hinder the ongoing participatory and open politics. The purpose of this study is to examine the dynamics of political dynasties in the perspective of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle and the People's Wave Party. The grand theory of this study uses Jamse Scoot's Patron-Client Theory, Angus Stewart's Theory of Power, Foucault's Post-modernism Theories and John Locke's Separation of Powers Theory. The approach used in this research is qualitative with phenomenological research methods. Data collection techniques in this study are documentation and interviews. The results of the study show that the political dynasty based on the PDIP perspective is that PDIP feels it must provide equal opportunities to the community because it does not implement a political dynasty system, the general chairman determines regeneration, and the term political dynasty is used to undermine PDIP. There are factors that drive the phenomenon of political dynasties. The first is the process of regeneration within the internal political parties. The second is the public's view of the candidate for regional head. Third, is a bureaucratic culture. Meanwhile, according to the Gelora Party, the practice of political dynasties hinders party regeneration. Political parties as an organization play a very important role in producing quality and national-minded leaders. The existence of dynastic politics is considered as a failure of political parties in creating regeneration spaces. The impact of political dynasties on parties is firstly to provide opportunities for corruption and nepotism. The second raises unhealthy competition. The third makes the party unable to develop. The policy of PDIP to address the phenomenon of political dynasties is to implement a democratic system within the party. Meanwhile, the Gelora Party's policy to address the phenomenon of political dynasties is to provide political education to cadres and the public. Keywords: Political Dynasty, Gelora Party, PDIP. |
