Summary:ABSTRAK Penelitian membahas tingkat kerusakan akibat gempa bumi di Cekungan Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil analisis dampak kerusakan akibat gempa bumi dengan menggunakan nilai percepatan tanah maksimum (PGA), skala MMI dan analisis AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Proccess). Tingkat kerusakan akibat gempa bumi bergantung pada kekuatan dan kualitas bangunan, kondisi geologi, serta besarnya nilai percepatan tanah maksimum. Data diperoleh menggunakan studi literatur dari USGS (United States Geological Survey) dan BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik). Penelitian memperoleh hasil analisis percepatan tanah maksimum (PGA), skala MMI (Modified Mercalli Scale) dan AHP di Kabupaten Bandung Barat yang paling beresiko terjadi kerusakan akibat gempa bumi adalah Kecamatan Padalarang, dengan nilai percepatan tanah maksimum sebesar 0.025g berdasarkan rumusan Donovan dan 0.017g berdasarkan rumusan Mc. Guire. Kecamatan Padalarang juga termasuk kedalam skala IV MMI apabila terjadi gempa bumi. Manfaat yang diberikan dari penelitian ini yaitu diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi mengenai potensi kerusakan akibat gempa bumi di masing-masing kecamatan di wilayah Cekungan Bandung sehingga dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam melakukan upaya mitigasi bencana gempa bumi di masing-masing kecamatan. Kata kunci: Cekungan Bandung, PGA, MMI, dan AHP ABSTRACT The study discusses the level of damage caused by an earthquake in the Bandung Basin. This study aims to determine the results of the analysis of the impact of earthquake damage using the Peak Ground Acceleration (PGA) value, MMI (Modified Mercalli Scale) and AHP analysis. The level of damage caused by an earthquake depends on the strength and quality of the building, geological conditions, and the magnitude of the maximum ground acceleration value. Data were obtained using literature studies from the USGS (United States Geological Survey) and BPS. The study obtained the results of the analysis of the maximum ground acceleration (PGA), MMI (Modified Mercalli Scale) and AHP in West Bandung Regency that are most at risk of damage due to earthquakes are Padalarang District, with a peak ground acceleration value of 0.025g based on Donovan's formula and 0.017g based on the Mc. Guire. Padalarang District is also included in the MMI IV scale in the event of an earthquake. The benefits provided from this research are that it is expected to provide information about the potential for earthquake damage in each sub-district in the Bandung Basin area so that it can be taken into consideration of making efforts to mitigate earthquake disasters in each sub-district.
