| Summary: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesuksesan sistem informasi pemerintah daerah e-planning dengan menggunakan model Delone & Mclean Tahun 2003. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pengguna e-planning di seluruh desa yang berada di Provinsi Jawa Barat yang telah menerima sosialisasi dari BAPPEDA JABAR yang terdiri dari 2000 Desa. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas informasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan tetapi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna, kualitas sistem berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna, kualitas layanan berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan dan kepuasan pengguna, penggunaan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap manfaat bersih serta kepuasan pengguna berpengaruh terhadap manfaat bersih. Penelitian ini mengandung implikasi bahwa kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem dan kualitas layanan memiliki peranan penting untuk meningkatkan penggunaan dan kepuasan pengguna sehingga dapat memperoleh manfaat bersih. This study aims to determine the success of the local government e-planning information system using the Delone & Mclean 2003 model. The population in this study are e-planning users in all villages in West Java Province who have received socialization from BAPPEDA JABAR consisting of 2000 Villages. The sampling method used is random sampling using data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing in this study uses the SmartPLS 3.0 software tool. The results of hypothesis testing The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the quality of information has no effect on use but does affect user satisfaction, system quality affects use but does not affect user satisfaction, service quality affects use and user satisfaction, use affects user satisfaction but does not affect net benefits and user satisfaction has an effect on net benefits. This research implies that information quality, system quality and service quality have an important role to increase usage and user satisfaction so that they can obtain net benefits. |
