ABSTRAK Latar belakang penelitian adalah hasil belajar Dekorasi Patiseri yang diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat pada minat mahasiswa membuka usaha cake decoration. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang manfaat hasil belajar Dekorasi Patiseri yang meliputi kemampuan kognitif, kemampuan afektif dan kemampuan psikomotor. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel purposive dari mahasiswa Paket Majamen Patiseri yang telah lulus dari mata kuliah Dekorasi Patiseri sebanyak 20 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manfaat hasil belajar Dekorasi Patiseri berkaitan dengan kemampuan kognitif lebih dari setengahnhya (69%) berada pada kriteri bermanfaat, kemampuan afektif lebih dari setengahnya (75%) memiliki kriteria bermanfaat, dan kemampuan psikomotor lebih dari setengahnya (74%) berada pada kriteria bermanfaat. Saran ditunjukan bagi mahasiswa untuk terus meningkatkan kemampuan pengetahuan mengenai usaha cake decoration serta berlatih terus-meneru membuat beraneka produk patiseri yang di dekorasi sesuai dengan kesempatan yang lebih bervariasi lagi serta lebih peka melihat segmen pasar sebagai acuan mempromosikan produk-produk dekorasi cake tersebut. This study aims to gain an overview of the benefits of learning outcomes of Dekorasi Patiseri Subject that includes cognitive ability, the affective ability and psychomotor ability. The method used is descriptive method of data collection using questionnaires. The sample in this study was purposive sample of students Manajemen Patiseri who have passed the Dekorasi Patiseri Subject many as 20 people. The research results showed that the benefits of learning outcomes related to Dekorasi Patiseri cognitive abilities over half (69%) are in beneficial criterion, affective abilities more than half (75%) had a useful criterion, and psychomotor abilities more than half (74%) are in useful criteria. Advice is shown for students to continue to improve the knowledge and practice of business cake decoration continue to make various products patiseri that in accordance with the decorating opportunities are more varied and more sensitive again see the market segment as a reference to promote the products of the cake decoration.
