Summary:Covid-19 pandemic affect the entire order of human life, including in the field of education.The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in education is that the learning process cannot be carried out face to face directly between teachers and students in the classroom. This problem is followed up with learning strategies that prioritize the safety of both students, educators, education staff and parents of students. This learning is known as distance learning within the network and outside the network. The aim of this studyto describe the learning strategies adopted by teachers, to verify the effectiveness of learning strategies, and to analyze the obstacles faced by teachers, students, and parents of students with the application of learning strategies. This study uses an exploratory descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach because the research is described in a descriptive manner.Based on the research results that the learning strategy applies implementing learning objectives, student activity in learning, adjustment of student background whether they have infrastructure or not, development of learning materials and media. The dominant learning implementation is using JARNASI (Combined Learning) which is a combination of JARONAH (Online Learning at Home) and JARLURAH (Offline Learning at Home. During the learning process there are obstacles in its implementation. These obstacles are felt by teachers, students and parents The obstacles for teachers include communication between teachers and parents of students in the learning process.
